Pros:

Friendly staff. Room had all we need. Near tram stop

Cons:

We wanted juice at breakfast (breakfast finished about 50mins later). Waitress did not re plenish when we asked. We are paying the same as everyone else so should have had the same experience. Bed was quite soft.
Needs mirror near plug point (in bedroom).

für uns in zentraler Lage, da wir Verwandschaft besuchteb; ansonsten - im Uni-Gelände - etwas abseits (aberruhig).
