Ghent Experience
Pros:

Location was perfect. All of the sights were walkable. The staff were very accommodating. The room was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for our stay. The breakfast was outstanding. Also easy to get to from the SP train station - T4 tram! Highly recommend.

Great hotel!
Pros:

Let me start by saying this hotel is excellent and not I am not getting paid for this review. When we go back to Belgium I will definitely book at this hotel. The location, service, room size, cleanliness and everything was the best. We are lucky enough to travel twice a year to Europe and this place is wonderful. The staff is friendly and helpful the room size is huge compared to the other European hotels (Netherlands and France) we stayed at and no street noise. The room and the breakfast selection was great and reasonably priced.

Comfortable modern hotel
Pros:

Excellent central location. Very modern and up to date interior and room. Quiet room in back building. Would have preferred to choose specific room without additional fee at time of reservation instead of adding a fee with the room choice option at a later time. Helpful staff. Excellent buffet breakfast.

A Wonderful hotel
Pros:

What an absolutely lovely hotel! Steps to everything but on a quiet canal. Everyone was delightful and gracious, our room was comfortable and quiet, breakfast was excellent, and for only 20€ we were able to get a load of much needed laundry washed, folded and delivered to our room. A wonderful stay and Ghent was delightful.
