Great location
Pros:

Great location with everything in walking distance.
Convenient parking on site.
The staff were friendly and helpful in particular the lady called Nan at breakfast, a real asset.
Lovely sized room facing the river.

Cons:

Quite difficult navigating to the hotel and avoiding the restricted areas.
Although car parking was convenient it was expensive at 40 Euros a day.
The lighting in the room was a little unusual, one switch operated the main room, bathroom and toilet, so if you needed the toilet in the night, you had to have all the lights on.

Excellent hotel close to all the attractions in Ghent.
Pros:

The room was really large and had a fantastic view over the canal - just as I had requested. The breakfast was excellent with lots of choice and the serving staff were very friendly and helpful.
The hotel is located very centrally and was close to all the local attractions. The staff were excellent and went out of their way to help you - would highly recommend.

Pros:

Perfekte Lage um die wunderschöne Altstadt zu Fuß zu erkunden.
Die Suite ist sehr großzügig, hat hohe Decken und ist wunderschön gestaltet.
Das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen. Es gibt u.a. frische belgische Waffeln.

Geweldige time out en mooie herinneringen gemaakt
Pros:

Heel vriendelijke ontvangst, goede service, heerlijk ontbijt. Het hotel is perfect gelegen in het stadscentrum, met vele horeca gelegenheden in de buurt en alle bezienswaardigheden op loopafstand. Prachtige kamers, met een goed werkende airco, fijne douche, apart toilet, prima bedden. Kortom, een perfect verblijf.
Om te parkeren, vantevoren aanmelden, dan kun je bij het hotel een plek reserveren.

Superb choice for your stay in Ghent.
Pros:

Hotel Harmony is in a fantastic location for exploring Ghent. Besides being right on the main canal you’ll find everything walkable from there. The hotel was very comfortable and super clean. Our room was very up to date and had everything we could hope for. The bed was super comfortable and the shower was the best on our 3+ week trip. Staff were very accommodating and friendly. We were able to leave our luggage both before and after our stay. Turn left outside the front door and in a couple of minutes you’ll find a bunch of very good restaurants.

The hotel is well located. It is clean the staff is mostly helpful. The rooms are nice and the pool is definitely a bonus. The breakfast was fantastic. Lots of choices and the waitstaff couldn't have been any more helpful.
To be honest: the pillows were the worst hotel pillows I've ever encountered. There was one very hard Square pillow and a soft pillow. Both weren't very large and we're difficult to sleep with. When I asked the front desk for an extra pillow, you would have thought I asked if I could bring in pink elephants the way she looked at me. That was my only complaint. Otherwise, the hotel is pretty perfect.

Still loved the place.
Pros:

The location is outstanding and the staff if there to please. In out opinion there was no better location!!!

Cons:

The tv didn’t work, air conditioning was ??? And the toilet was on the opposite side of the room from the sink and showers. However, still would stay there again.
