Friendly staff and great pool. A great stay if you do not intend to leave the hotel much and just relax.
Pros:

Great pool for a relaxing vacation. Very friendly staff, especially the lady with the curly hair and Leonardo who drove us into the city to explore the restaurants for a decent price.

Cons:

Quite far away so it’s rather a hotel you do not intend to leave aside from eating out. The city center is in theory walkable with 25 minutes but the streets are a bit dodgy, especially at night so you need a taxi.

Leonardo and his wife Gabriella were wonderful , it felt like home so friendly almost like family. They were always helpful and Leonardo was always available for very reasonable taxi services. We would highly recommend the hotel.Lovely surroundings with a swimming pool with the town of Ballastrate only 5 minutes by taxi.The sunsets were just amazing from Ballastrate.Definately will be back.

Prima verblijf voor een kort verblijf.
Pros:

Het was er prima voor een paar dagen. Het centrum is aan te lopen maar de weg heeft nagenoeg geen voetpaden dus best gevaarlijk. Zwembad was prima. De eigenaren zijn super vriendelijk en werken keihard. Geen moeite is ze teveel.

Cons:

Het ontbijt zou iets beter kunnen. Het was ook beslist niet slecht. Op verzoek werden er wel eieren gemaakt. Maar die waren vaak pas klaar als je ontbijt bijna op was. Zorg dat er gewoon wat gekookte eieren liggen en bak alleen op verzoek o.i.d. Iets meer broodkeuze zou fijn zijn. Maar goed ' s lands wijs etc....wij zijn geen gebak liefhebbers bij het ontbijt.

Unser erster Urlaub auf Sizilien verlief tutto perfetto!
Pros:

Das familiengeführte Hotel befindet sich am Ortsrand, jedoch nicht abseits. Das Frühstück war sehr gut, der Cappuccino wird stets frisch zubereitet und mit einem Lächeln serviert. Leonardo ist sehr hilfsbereit und gibt gute Tipps! Der angebotene Flughafentransfer ist preiswert. Ein Mietwagen ist auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert.

Pros:

Das Hotel wirkt insgesamt sehr sauber und gepflegt. Dies gilt auch für unser Zimmer. Es war ebenfalls sehr sauber und gepflegt und wirkte recht frisch renoviert. Das Zimmer war angenehm ruhig.

Der schöne Poolbereich ist das Highlight des Hotels. Es gab immer ausreichend Liegen und Sonnenschirme. Es ist angenehm ruhig dort.

Das Frühstück ist recht gut. Es gibt u.a. sehr leckere Kaffeevarianten z.B. Cappuccino aus einer Siebträger-Maschine und leckere Croissants. Darüber hinaus gibt es immer mehrere frische Kuchen und aufgebackene Brötchen.

Das Hotel wird von einer sehr freundlichen Familie betrieben. Alle Mitarbeiter waren sehr zuvorkommend.

Cons:

Das Hotel befindet sich recht abgelegen am Stadtrand von Balestrate zwischen einer Hochstraße und einer Bahnlinie.
In unmittelbarer Nähe zum Hotel gibt es weder Restaurants noch Geschäfte. Ein Leihwagen ist bei dieser Lage sehr empfehlenswert. Der Strand in der näheren Umgebung zum Hotel wirkt eher ungepflegt. Es gibt dort weder Duschen noch Toiletten. Der Ort Balestrade ist aus touristischer Sicht eher unattraktiv.

Camere spaziose , abbastanza pulite.
Bella la Piscina altrettanto pulita.

Cons:

Doccia veramente piccola che con un bambino di 1 anni e mezzo non è stato per niente comodo lavarlo.

La struttura non dispone di un ristorante.
Fanno solo dei panini e insalate.
Se vuoi mangiare davvero devi spostarti in auto.

La colazione , ci aspettavamo di meglio .
80% prodotti industriali , per un Hotel a 4 stelle ci aspettavamo qualcosa in più.
