Very nice rooms and clean , relaxing surroundings but best to have a car.
Pros:

Very comfortable rooms and lovely pool area. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

No bar open in the evening, unnecessary music playing continually by the pool and there was no option to borrow/rent towels to swim in the sea. It's also a bit of a trek into the local town (which is lovely).

Pros:

Et trivelig familiehotell med meget god service. Sentral beliggenhet om du har bil, slik at du kan reise til nærliggende steder. Vi likte stranden Baia Le Grotte best. Perfekt og dra i september.

Cons:

Le buffet du petit-déjeuner , gâteaux et tartes bas de gamme et très sucrés , pas de choix de pains , aucuns fruits à part des petits bouts de melon , les œufs sur demande arrivent trop cuits et trops salés sans nous consulter .
Sois disant en ftonr de mer , quartier à l'abandon , environnement en ruine et chmin pour la plage sale , mer à 300m sans plage aménagée , algues et buissons...
Vraiment décevant , aucune chaîne internationale , tv uniquement en italien et quand je demande à la réception on me rétorque que quand on vient en Sicile il faut apprendre l'italien...
J'ai réservé une chambre De luxe 22m2 avec un lit king size alors que notre chambre , hors salle de bain mesurait à peine plus de 12m2 avec yne climatisation juste au dessus du lit qui en plus était bruyante .
Aucunes restaurations sur place , le restzurant est fermé.

Hotel Costa Azul is a superb family run hotel. The staff could not be nicer and more helpfull.

Cons:

Bagno piccolo e con tovaglie per 2 persone nonostante fossimo in 4 e pagato per 4 persone colazione essenziale da discount sempre uguale per tutta la stagione con prodotti di sotto marca scadenti.La stanza ci è stata data dopo le 15.La TV si accendeva e spegneva sola continuamente.I filtri dell aria condizionata talmente sporchi che appena si accendeva l'aria era irrespirabile. Personale non discreto.

Siempre voy a escoger al Hotel Costa Azul, ya soy pasajera frecuente, he ido a dormir en este maravilloso hotel en el pasado y siempre la excelente atencion, buen servicio y atencion al cliente!. La limpieza absolutamente brillante y agradable!, la habitacion grande con mucho espacio, agradable, bonita, bien decorada, la cama muy confortable, un maravilloso balcon, aire acondicionado, articulos de toilet, shampoo, jabon etc!, el desayuno abundante y muy variado me encanta! y la piscina me fascina nadar en ella!, tiene una piscina grande! todas las facilidades del hotel son magnificas!, ademas de que esta a dos minutos caminando hasta la playa!, lo otro que me gusto mucho que tiene transporte al aeropuerto!, solamente debes contratar ese servicio en recepcion o via mal, eller WhassAp, o por telefono!, yo vuelvo porque me siento comoda y feliz en el Hotel Costa Azul, muchas gracias por la excelente atencion!

Pros:

Für uns hat das Hotel die perfekte Lage, ruhig aber doch nicht ab vom Schuss. Man braucht ein Auto, aber das war für uns von Anfang an klar, wir wollten den Teil der Insel erkunden. In einem Radius von 60 Kilometer kann man wirklich viel erleben und viele schöne Orte entdecken. Der Strand ist zu Fuß erreichbar, auch 2 Restaurants sind fußläufig erreichbar. Wir haben alle Abschnitte vom Strand erkundet, von ruhig bis Wasserpark ist alles möglich.

Die Zimmer werden täglich gereinigt und auch täglich frische Handtücher ist kein Problem. Das Zimmer war sauber und für 3 Personen ausreichend. Für uns perfekt der kleine Kühlschrank, so konnten wir ein paar Getränke einkühlen.
Beide Schlafzimmer haben eine Klimaanlage und der Balkon war super um die nasse Badekleidung und Handtücher zu trocknen. (Für den Strand und den Pool sollte man eigene Handtücher mitbringen!) Der Pool am Hotel ist sehr sauber und perfekt um sich mal abzukühlen.
Das Frühstücksbuffet ist überschaubar, aber uns hat es gereicht, der Kaffee ist wirklich gut.

Leonardo und seine Frau sind wahre Schätze, man muss sie einfach mögen! Leonardo spricht super Deutsch und hat uns tolle Tipps für Ausflüge gegeben! Hiermit vielen Dank den Zwei für die wirklich schöne Zeit - wir werden den Urlaub bei euch immer in guter Erinnerung haben ❤️

Excellent break at Hotel Costa Azul, with great facilities and most of all - wonderful helpful staff.
