Incredible experience
Pros:

Our stay at Elasophia Hotel was excellent. The hotel’s location is perfect, right in the heart of Sultanahmet and within walking distance of Hagia Sophia, the Blue Mosque, Topkapi Palace, and many other major attractions. It also has great public transport connections, making it easy to explore Istanbul.

The hotel was exceptionally clean throughout our stay, and the breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of fresh and high-quality food to choose from every morning.

A special thank you goes to Muzafar, the receptionist. His service was truly outstanding. He was always welcoming, kind, professional, and happy to help with any questions or recommendations. His warm hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable and made us feel at home.

We highly recommend Elasophia Hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul. Thanks to its fantastic location, excellent cleanliness, great breakfast, and exceptional staff, it offers outstanding value for money. We would definitely stay here again!

Aircon was a little bit weird, it was either full blast or nothing. Bed cover really thin. Tv did not work.

Pros:

Отель и гл персонал оставили только хорошее впечетление. Номера чистые, удобные кровати. При заселении дали номер с видом на Аль Софию. Вежливый персонал, вкусная кухня и девушки которые убирали номера,делали уборки в др номерах тихо, что позваляло выспаться. Не так как в др отелаях. Мы приехали на 2,5 дня так как соскучились по Стамбулу, кухне и атмасфере города. И уезжали отдахнувшие, с чувством счастья и ваш отель и персонал тоже являетесь частью этого. Кстати если не смогли снять деньги или забыли как мы))) то Музафар помог тем что мы с отправили оплату с карты 🇰🇿 на номер карты 🇹🇷.

Pros:

Personale molto gentile e professionale, sempre attento alle nostre esigenze. Camera piccola ma molto pulita.

Cons:

Forse il troppo trambusto che si sentiva fuori anche di sera tarda e di notte, anche se chiudendo le finestre si attenuava parecchio. Il letto un po' piccolo per i miei standard.

Остались очень довольны.
Pros:

Местоположение очень удобное, рядом с остановкой трамвая, рядом все основные достопримечательности. Комната была чистая, каждый день убирались, меняли постель.
Завтраки очень вкусные! Персонал дружелюбный, мы остались довольны. В следующий раз думаем тут остановиться также))

Cons:

Не было ничего критичного, по такой цене очень даже хорошо все.

A special mention must go to Muzaffar and Mustafa, whose hospitality truly set the tone for our entire stay. Muzaffar was incredibly attentive and went out of his way to ensure every detail was taken care of — his warmth and professionalism made us feel genuinely welcomed. Mustafa was equally impressive, always present with a smile and ready to assist with anything we needed, no matter how big or small.

Cons:

To flag one issue for future guests: on arrival, we discovered that only cash was accepted for payment, even though our Booking.com confirmation did not indicate this requirement. I contacted Booking.com to have the listing corrected, but was told they were not open to make the correction at that time. It would be helpful if this policy were made clearer at the time of booking so future guests can come prepared.

Прекрасное месторасположение отеля, все главные достопримечательности в шаговой доступности. Управляющий отелем всегда на связи 24/7 , оперативно решает все вопросы.
