Great room size not so great spa
Pros:

Room was a great size. Nice thoughtful touches throughout.

Cons:

We booked a king spa room and the spa was just a deep short bathtub you couldn't really lie down in. When you turn it on it is so noisy you can't relax in it. We could have just stick with a normal king room.

We will definitely be back! The only place to stay in Brisbane! Walking distance to everything!

Interesting decoration. Comfy bed.

The tv wasn't all that good. Hard to change channels and slow. Though I wasn't there much to watch tv.

The staff were excellent, hotel seems more 4 star than a 5 star hotel.
Pros:

the location was great. The staff were amazing and very accomadating.

Cons:

the aircon didnt work in one of our rooms. The toilet seat was broken, we didnt have robes. The over night parking at $85 a night is ridiculous

Lovely quirky property
Pros:

The rooms are stunning and spacious

Cons:

The place seems understaffed - I called for over an hour in the morning to reception and housekeeping with no answer and had to call the outside line number to reach anyone. The breakfast is overpriced.
