Pros:

The staff were genuinely wonderful, helpful and generous. The room was clean and a lovely space to spend a few days, the facilities were good and there is a great rooftop bar, as well as a larger bar on the ground floor.

Love this place.
Pros:

Staff are always lovely. Decor funky and gorgeous. Great value for our lovely spa room.

Pros:

The front desk staff, in particulary Michelle, looked after us brilliantly. My wife had had day surgery and we were unable to travel home so booked at the last minute unexpectedly. She assisted us to get to our room, volunteered to provide extra pillow, dressing gown and even thought about how to do our washing overnight.
We were dealt with with compassion and professionalism and it is credit to the organisation. We'll be back next time we come to Brisbane to enjoy the hotels features this time.
