The lighting.

I asked about the valet parking. I was told it was $85 a night, which I said ok.
There was no parking in the front of the hotel to park my car so I went inside and inquired. I was told to leave the car in one of the spots available for parking and it will be moved to the underground parking area. Well if I’m paying $85 a night I expect the car to be moved downstairs in the car park straight away not at the hotels convenience. So I cancelled the valet parking.

The location was good and the staff were lovely.
The wallpaper was peeling off the wall, and there were stains on the carpet.
Interesting styling, lovely staff that kindly accommodated my early arrival, huge room.
Room smelt like cigarette smoke. No way of opening the windows to ventilate it. One light bulb in bathroom wasn’t working. Bathroom wasn’t as clean as I would like.

Our Alexa alarm went off at 3am! But we pulled the cord out and went back to sleep pretty quickly.
Location was excellent and very convenient.
The liquid soap container in the shower was so diluted with water that hardly any soap was in it. I understand that hotels may do this to save money, but it was ridiculous.
