Friendly staff and good location!

Cons:

The room looked nothing like the rooms shown on the photos. We stayed on the top floor, where it was either humid and hot without and vry cold with air condition. Air con was a bit broken, so it was not possible to direct the airflow.

el desayuno era de 8 a 1030 ,pedi en recepcion si podian prepararme algo porque me tenia que ir 730 y el consergeque nos recibio y me dijo que imposible Luego el de ls noche amablemente nos hizo preparar un sandwich ,pero ni siquiera cafe

cuando llegue a las 1030 como era antes de mi check in me ofrecieron una habitacion rn el subsuelo de menor categoria que podia usarla ya.La limpieza y estado de ls misma era muy por debajo de lo esperado Le conteste que e3speraba a que se desocupara mi habitacion y no le gusto mucho Al rato llego otra persona ,hicieron rl mismo juego y la persona acepto

Falta de higiene e manutenção

As fotos do anúncio não correspondem à realidade, O estado de degradação de algumas paredes é bastante, falta de estuque, remates entre rodapés e paredes, portas, etc. De um modo geral existe falta de manutenção. A decoração dos quartos está desatualizada o mobiliário e decoração, existem também tapetes no pavimento que não deveriam lá estar pois isso não garante um bom nível de higiene. Nós gostamos de andar descalços e não o pudemos fazer devido à existência dos tapetes.
O colchão estava deformado, tinha zonas de afundamento e irregularidade, o que não nos permitiu descansar. O quarto era no último piso, proximo do terraço do edifício, a cobertura do telhado estava cheia de restos de comida, cheirava mal e foi impercionante para nós ver ali aquela licheira. Durante a noite existiam ali dezenas de gaivotas que faziam imenso barulho porque estavam a comer. Quando referimos na recepção que não tinhamos conseguido descansar e que ao lado do quarto, no telhado, estava aquele lixo todo, os restos dos alimentos responderam-nos que sabiam e que era mesmo assim

Great stay, great staff, great location
Pros:

The staff were brilliant, the perfect balance of attentiveness, friendliness, and giving you space. The room was comfortable, breakfast was fine without being outstanding, and the rooftop terrace delightful.

Cons:

Room felt a little dated - but was very comfortable nonetheless, and the bathroom was really good.

A good place to stay, but not ideally located near the markets
Pros:

The staff were friendly, and the location was quite good. The hotel offers laundry service. The rooms are equipped with a refrigerator and air conditioning. The hotel helped arrange a istambul bus card and an airport transfer.

Cons:

The rooms are run-down and in need of renovation. The building and the rooms are quite old. The breakfast is sparse.

Cons:

Chambre non isolée, séparée par une planche de bois avec celle d'à côté. Donc quand l'autre chambre décide de regarder la télé jusqu'à 2hbdu mat c'est avec vous.
Couette qui fait tout juste la largeur du lit. Quand vous êtes dedans, elle ne vous couvre donc plus à deux personnes. (je fais 80kg :))
Petit déjeuner mauvais, seul le caf5et thé était bon.
