Pros:

La piscine, la chambre grande et climatisée.

Cons:

La VMC de la salle d'eau était bruyante et dépendait de la lumière.
Le nom de l'hôtel est ambiguë, il fait croire que c'est un 4 étoile alors que c'est une chaîne type formule 1 amélioré, propre et confortable, sans plus.

Una piacevole sosta tra relax e piscina
Pros:

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel principalmente come tappa intermedia. Dopo un lungo viaggio è stato davvero piacevole poterci concedere qualche momento di relax grazie alla piscina messa a disposizione dei clienti con una bella area verde, ben curata e molto piacevole.

Senza averlo programmato, ci siamo trovati durante la Fiera delle Grazie, un evento molto caratteristico che si svolge a Grazie di Curtatone, con tantissime bancarelle e un'atmosfera davvero particolare. Abbiamo avuto l'occasione di assaggiare alcune specialità locali.

La colazione ci è piaciuta molto, con una buona scelta sia di prodotti dolci che salati. Anche la reception è stata gentile e disponibile.

Un piccolo aspetto che, secondo me, sarebbe da rivedere riguarda la sicurezza degli accessi. Oltre all’ingresso principale, sul retro della struttura c’è una porta con una grande scritta “ENTRATA” che rimane sempre aperta. Personalmente rivedrei questo sistema, prevedendo magari un accesso tramite card della camera, così da permettere l’ingresso esclusivamente agli ospiti della struttura e dare una maggiore sensazione di sicurezza.

absoluter Geheimtipp wenn man nach Mantova reisen möchte und nicht im Zentrum sein muss.

L'accueil le matin.

Cons:

L'accueil du matin avait été agréable, on a, moins, apprécié l'après midi. Les serviettes de toilette n'étaient pas toutes dans la salle de bain. Il faut les chercher dans le placard. Il n'y a pas de réfrigérateur dans la chambre. Le petit-déjeuner était très moyen: produits industriels. Bref, un ensemble peu cohérent avec le quatre étoiles affiché.

Goed hotel
Pros:

Prima gelegen hotel, op enkele minuutjes rijden van de stad.
Zowel aan de voor als achterkant van het hotel is er gratis parking.
Vriendelijke ontvangst.
De liften deden soms wel wat raar …
Onze kamer (nummer 305) was dik in orde. Alles was erg proper en de douche had een stevige straal. Heel goede matras. WIFI werkte naar behoren. Grote kluis.
Leuk zwembad, groot genoeg om wat lengtes te zwemmen. Water was wel langs de warme kant, dit door het hete weer dat er geweest was / nog was. Er zijn voldoende ligbedden rondom het zwembad of in de tuin (als je wat meer schaduw zoekt). Aan het zwembad is er een toilet. Er is geen bar aan het zwembad maar aan de receptie kan je wel frisdrank of alcoholische dranken kopen. Ook andere spullen zoals slippers bvb. Je kan er ook badhanddoeken krijgen (waarborg 5 euro).
Ontbijt was goed. Voor ieder wat wils. Werd regelmatig aangevuld.
In het algemeen vriendelijk personeel.

Het hotel straalt geen gezelligheid / warmte uit.
Met wat kadertjes aan de muur en wat planten in de ontbijtruimte zou dit al veel beter zijn.
Geen WIFI aan het zwembad + kiezeltjes buurt zwembad (slippers meebrengen en aandoen!)

Excellent hotel
Pros:

the hotel is very nice, clean and tidy, the staff is friendly and accommodating, the rooms are spacious and very pleasant to stay in, the hotel is in a very good location so you have everything within the hotel!!
