Pros:

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno molto piacevole al Canvas Mitsis Hotel. La posizione è perfetta per visitare Rodi e tutto lo staff si è dimostrato cordiale e disponibile.

Un ringraziamento speciale lo merita sicuramente Anastasia della reception, che ha reso la nostra esperienza ancora più bella. Con il suo sorriso, la sua gentilezza e la sua disponibilità è sempre stata pronta ad aiutarci e a farci sentire i benvenuti. La sua professionalità e il suo modo di accogliere gli ospiti fanno davvero la differenza.

Nagyon jól éreztem magam a hotelben, minden kérésünket teljesítették, kedves személyzet, jó vibe.

Nagyon kedves személyzet, mindent, de mindent megoldottak, amit kértünk, még a konditermet is kinyitották egy órával előbb. Nagyon finomak az ételek, főleg a vacsorák, amik tematikusak. A szoba és a fürdőszoba szép, bar semmi extra, az ágy kényelmes és tisztaság van. Az all inclusive ellátásban szinte minden benne van. nagyon finom a kinti barban a palacsinta

Fun, relaxing with great food
Pros:

Room was of a good size, showers had amazing pressure alongside the wonderful fragrant toiletries provided (shampoos,conditioners,body lotions etc), great poolside view with adequate balcony seating and lounging also equipped with a built-in drying rack. Gym facilities were better than expected, enjoyed the pool too.

Cons:

More sockets within the rooms would’ve been beneficial, longer glass partition in the shower area in the bathroom, requires slightly firmer mattresses.

Nice hotel well placed

Clean indoors and outdoors

Cons:

Pool area shut till 9:30 I can understand the swimming pool itself but not the whole area so you can’t sit and read a book around the pool area till 9:30. We are early risers and wanted to sit in the sun and read after breakfast at around 8am but had to go elsewhere as there were no outdoor areas.

Güleryüzle karşılandık ve genel olarak çalışanlar son derece güler yüzlü ve yardımsever, hepsine teşekkür ederiz. Otelin konumu çok iyi plajlar yakın Restaurant Bölgesi ve Casino da öyle.
Kahvaltısı bol seçenekli, güzel bir zaman geçirdik ve tekrar tercih ederiz.

Disappointed - not a 4 star hotel, very limited all inclusive

Location for accessibility into old town was great. Hotel management and reception team were good

Cons:

In the 1st room allocated the balcony wasnt usable due to large amounts of debris and dust from the building works on the hotel facing, they changed our room to the other side of the hotel which was appreciated but the towels were dirty with makeup and had hairs on them, definitely not freshly laundered. The room was dated, one of the beds was uncomfortably hard. Having stayed with the mitsis chain previously I was disappointed with this hotel. The bathroom had a broken bath panel which had sharp edges, the shower screen was fixed and had mould along the seal, the shower head is in the middle of the bath and isnt covered by the shower screen, the bath isnt great to use as one end has an overhanging soap tray and the other is the plug.
Take your own hairdryer if you need one, the one there was awful and took over 20 minutes just to dry my hair, which would usually take 5 minutes with my own.
There was a very limited selection in the dining room , 3 mains options which was ok at best, mainly luke warm, freshly made pizza was good though,, children's option each night was spaghetti and sauce.
The pool snack bar was also limited on the all inclusive to hotdogs chips and crepes along with a limited selection of desserts with some fruit. Burgers and club sandwiches were chargeable, which i was surprised at. Im aware there are some items which usually are, but never a burger or a sandwich option.
When we did order a cheeseburger and chips, it arrived without an actual burger in either of the.buns. It was just salad and cheese inside. I returned them to ask for the burgers to be put on, she lady apologised and said she would make them, she returned 10 minutes later with burgers now in the buns, but with the original chips still there which were now cold on the tray. At this point I gave up. The burger was nice though
The pool area is very small without enough sunbeds for the amount of people there.

The staff are great!

Cons:

My experience was quite different from what I expected. There was a lot of noise from other guests staying at the hotel, as well as some noise from the construction site next door. The room also had an unpleasant smell throughout my stay.

Another major issue was the bed. It consisted of two single beds pushed together, which were extremely uncomfortable and unstable. They kept separating, making it difficult to sleep comfortably.

I would recommend that the management invest in better-quality beds and improve the overall comfort and maintenance of the rooms.
