Havuz başında bulunan bardaki kadın çalışanın suratsızligindan insan içecek alırken zorlanıyor
Puanına bakıp gittik. Yanıldık. Size tavsiyem eger her şey dahil deniz oteli istiyorsanız Asla gitmeyin. Ama şehir turu yapacaksanız oda kahvaltı satin alabilirsiniz. Bir de hiç bir zaman Demleme çay yok.

Все хорошо за исключением не значительных недоразумений
Pros:

Отель в городе в пешей доступности транспорт, достопримечательности, магазины, пляжи , большой выбор вкусных блюд в ресторане, вкусные напитки в баре, хорошее доброжелательное отношение персонала, в номере все работало , уборка, через день бесплатно ставили воду в холодильник

Cons:

Утюг погладить вещи не дают в целях пожарной безопасности!!! Услуга погладить 1 летний сарафан 5 евро, дорого !!!
У дочери было день рождение , именинников никак не поздравляют от отеля !!!
Отель староват требует хотя бы малейшей реновации, но все работает !
Когда мы уезжали заказали такси на ресепшен в отеле - мы подошли поинтересоваться в обед сколько стоит такси из отеля в аэропорт сотрудник нам сказал 33 евро, вечером мы подошли на ресепшен другой сотрудник отеля нам сказал что такси будет стоить уже 36 евро мы согласились заказали такси. На следующий день такси приехало раньше на 20 мин времени на которое мы его заказывали стоило 35 евро. За нами приехало такси 8 местный мерседес !!! Мы ехали втроем у нас с собой был 1 небольшой чемодан я не поняла зачем для 3 человек нам вызвали такую большую машину. Хотя до этого мы видели что людям вызывали такси обычные четырех местные , оно бы нас вполне устроило! Возможно у работников отеля есть какой-то договор с таксистами . До аэропорта ехать 20 мин на такси

A wonderful stay with delicious food, excellent cleanliness, and unforgettable kindness from Aida
Pros:

Excellent food, very good cleanliness, comfortable accommodation, and especially the wonderful service from Aida at breakfast.

We were very pleased with our stay at Mitsis Petit Palais. We stayed on a half-board basis, and the breakfast and dinner were both tasty, varied, and more than enough.

Aida deserves a very special mention. She prepared our omelettes every morning and was always smiling, kind, patient, and polite, even while serving a large number of guests. Her positive energy and friendly attitude made every breakfast feel special. Thank you so much, Aida, for your wonderful hospitality.

The pizzas served in the evenings were excellent as well. The hotel was very clean, the food quality was high, and everything we needed was provided.

Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and we would be happy to visit again.

Cons:

Nothing significant. We were very satisfied with our stay.

Pros:

We had an amazing vacation at this hotel! The all-inclusive package included great food, quality drinks and amenities. The location is good - close to the beaches, old town, harbour, clubs. Everything is clean, well-organized, the staff is helpful and doing great job. A special thanks to the gentleman managing the beach - his excellent service, hard work and friendly attitude made everyone beach days perfect.
We are very happy with this hotel and would love to visit again.

konum harika tam merkezde her şeye her yere yakın yemekler güzel kahvaltı da öyle personel güler yüzlü kibar ve nazik otel temiz yataklar aşırı rahat plaja ulaşım kolay ancak şezolonh için erken gitmek gereli plajda görevli kişi gayet yardımcı oluyor

Otel çalışanları çok güleryüzlü ama kahvaltı çok yetersizdi.Konumu çok iyi her yere yürü e mesafesinde.Havuzu çok çok küçük ve çok kalabalıktı.Havuz çok temiz değildi .Çocuklu aileler için fikir olsun .

Konumu çok iyiydi beach ve restoranlara yürüme mesafesindeydi. Old town bölgesine yürüyerek kısa sürede ulaştık. Kahvaltı dahil kaldık, kahvaltıda gayet iyiydi. Yiyecek içecek çeşidi boldu.
