Cortesia della reception, pozione in pieno centro, arredo dell'hotel, pulizia generale

Cons:

La camera al quinto piano che ci é stata data era un attico con solo una finestra sul tetto, non era possibile stendere i teli da mare o i costumi bagnati. L'aria condizionata non si poteva spegnere, dormivamo sotto il piumone.
La colazione avrei preferito fosse più autoctona homemade e con meno prodotti industriali considerato che si é in un 4 stelle.

Die Lage ist für Besuchen, die mehr Wert auf die Stadt legen, aber auch direkt am Meer sein möchten sehr, sehr gut.
Shuttle zum Parkplatz funktioniert reibungslos.
Pool direkt am Meer mit Blick auf die gegenüberliegende Insel.
Die Stadt liegt zu Füßen und es ist trotzdem ruhig.

Cons:

Die Dame am CheckIn war sehr gelangweilt, hat mich auch nicht eingewiesen, auch nicht über die SPA-Angebote informiert, es gibt auch einen 10 %tigen Rabatt, wurde mir erst am nächste Tag beim Frühstück, vom SPA selbst mitgeteilt.
Abends wollte ich dann meine Zimmerkarte abholen, dann musste ich quasi nochmals Einchecken, weil die Dame nicht den Reisepass kopiert hat etc.
Abendessen war qualitativ sehr gut, wird aber nicht angenommen und man sitzt dort ewig allein, weil Menü.
Also kann man, sollt man weglassen.
Leider gab es Angabe gemäß nur Platikgläser, z.B. für das Bier, ich konnte es gar nicht glauben, ist ja auch unglaublich.
Dann reihe ich mich noch in die Bewertungen bezüglich des Kafeeautomaten ein, also das Ding ist ein Witz und es stehen immer Schlagen davor, ein Kaffeeautomaten, für ein Hotel dieser Größe und der ist langsam, also wirklich, das würde ich mir nicht nachsagen lassen, das wertet alles Gute ab!
Kauft euch beim Discounter einen oder besser noch 2 Automaten, die halten zwar nur ein paar Jahre, aber ihr habt Ruhe, liebe Familie Osmani.
Es ist doch ansonsten alles mindestens gut!

Pros:

A welcoming, clean and well-maintained property in an excellent, very central location. From our terrace, we had a beautiful view of the sea and part of the city.
The staff were very friendly, helpful and always attentive to our needs.
