Pros:

Very friendly & supportive staff, good location, quite clean rooms, great beach area. Truly customer-focused approach of the staff - they solved many issues in a timely manner.

Cons:

Relatively old facilities, not the cleanest restaurant; same dishes all the time. No complementary transfer from the airport and back. On some days there was very loud music during a day time from the Club 8 behind the hotel (sometimes even unbearable, had to go outside of the room to distant areas of the hotel)

Excellent hotel
Pros:

Excellent hotel! This was our second year staying here, and we loved everything. The staff everywhere are amazing and incredibly helpful. The addition of the new gym is a great bonus!

Cons:

Areas for improvement:
​- Smoking is currently permitted in public areas where other guests and children are present. It would be much better to designate specific smoking zones.
​-The evening entertainment programs felt a bit weak and could be more engaging and varied.

Jó, jó, de ha pihenni szeretne az ember ejszaka, nem ez a megfelelo szalloda.
Pros:

Szep szalloda, kozponti helyen van. Tiszta, a szemelyzet kedves volt. Viszonylag gyerekbarat, de nem az a tipikus gyerekes hotel, amit mi nem is bantunk. Medenceknel barok, a barnal uvegpoharban kaptuk az italokat, figyeltek arra is, ha a medencehez akarta vinni az ember az italat, akkor muanyag poharban adjak. Az etelek egy het utan unalmassa valtak. Volt, ami sotlan, izetlen volt. Gyerekek reszere a tesztat es krumpli puret eroltettek, nem volt tul nagy szamukra a valasztek (nuggets 1 het alatt egyszer volt, vagy rantott hal is csak egyszer volt) natur, parolt hus volt sokszor.

Cons:

A fő épülettől különálló épületben kaptunk szállást, ami nem is lett volna gond, viszont egy nappali, medences szórakozóhely van mögötte, ami nappal hangos. Este 7-ig buli van, ha esemeny van, akkor hajnali 1-ig, vagy tovabb. A nappali szorakozohely mogott is szorakozohely van, onnan a basszus ejszaka rendkivul behallatszik a szobába. Sokat pihenni nem tudtunk. Reklamaciora ajandekba egy spa kupont kaptunk, amit szaunara es jakuzzizasra lehetett volna felhasznalnj az amugy is 40 fokban.

Da migliorare il servizio assistenza bagnanti, dovrebbero essere più attenti e presenti nelle varie piscine soprattutto per i bambini.

Barnekkubben. Damene som jobbet der var fantastiske. Barna kunne gå inn og ut uansett hvilket tidspunkt på dagen.
Maten var nydelig og kaffeen utsøkt. Rolig og fredelig i matsalen. Topp service.

הצוות מקסים ושירותי , שפע של אוכל ושתיה לאורך כל היום.

Cons:

חדרים קטנים יחסית , האמבטיה צרה ולא נוחה.
היה יותר נוח אם היו שמים בקבוק מים בכל שולחן ולא שנהייה תלויים במזיגת מים על ידי מלצרים.

Everything you need under one roof. Great staff, facilities and location.
Pros:

The staff were welcoming and friendly throughout our stay. Everywhere was clean and there was everything we needed within the resort. It is just a few minutes walk to shops, bars and restaurants. The onsite restaurants were great and have a feeling of eating out to offer a change from the buffet. Entertainment was great.

Cons:

There’s nothing really worth commenting on.
