It was a larger room than we expected! It was very clean! Everything worked as it was supposed to. It was quiet and your breakfast area was very good!

Customer service is awesome every time, location is great especially being close to the Turkey Mountain bike park, casino and shopping center and so forth!

Pros:

Horrible experience that’s dragged on for weeks now. We stayed in a room that did not have a working toilet or a working thermostat. It’s been two weeks since our stay and still haven’t received a call back from the manager. When I called Hilton customer service they were only willing to offer me 2,000 hilton honors points which is equivalent to $10. Do not stay at this hotel they don’t care about your experience.

Great place to stay
Pros:

The location was perfect for us traveling through to Texas. The room was very clean, bed was comfortable, and the breakfast was very good. Would stay there again.
