Que se olvidaban de las toallas, tenia que pedirlas todos los días
Las instalaciones bien
La atención pésima, los alimentos en restaurante 50 min para recibirlos, solo dos Meseros atendiendo el restaurante.
Al entrar a la habitación no había toallas.
No se que les paso
la ubicación es excelente para el tipo de viaje que hicimos, un lugar muy seguro, altamente recomendable
las habitaciones están muy descuidadas, las persianas rotas, la alfombra sin aspirar, las toallas muy viejas y hasta grises en lugar de blancas, el nombre del hotel es muy bueno y la calidad bajó mucho.

Desde nuestra llevadas, fueron muy amables los bellboys, las recepción y las amas de llaves.
El personal del restaurante súper amables y muy atentos y amigables con mi hijo.
Nos dieron todas las atenciones en todo momento.
Las instalaciones muy limpias y excelente alberca para pasar el rato con la familia y desayunar al aire libre con una hermosa vista.

La atención del parking
La atención de recepción d el personal de la mañana es pésima me todo en la torre dos y toda la habitación sucia el baño está manchado por qué no se usa no tenía cortinas claras y al abrir la la cortina todo te ven al
Pedir de cenar el tiempo es mucho de espera y mando de la televisión lo tuve cambiar 2 veces.

The hotel was clean. At a good location.
Parking was a fee and I wasn't expecting to allow a valet driver to park my car and have to wait for it again if I needed to leave the hotel. This should be stated somewhere ahead of time. I wouldn't have rented the room with them. To me the valet was too much. The room bath tub plug didn't work. The hotel rooms are behind an inside restaurant and the it was a long way to get to the elevator. The place had the feeling of being too fancy for my one night stay.

La las alfombras muy sucias una de las habitaciones que renté ni siquiera le hicieron el aseo las cortinas muy sucias sus ventanas muy sucias el personal del ballet parking parece que hace favor en entregar los autos con una cara de pocos amigos sobre todo el peloncito sus puertas del baño parecen sarcófagos rechinan feo sus espejos
manuales no sirven espero que le pongan atención la próxima visita va a ser para ver si ya pusieron atención a su a sus servicios que venden
