Good location, just across the road from Yokohama stadium and literally around the corner from one of the Chinatown gates. Slightly unusual entrance in that you walk into the building and there's nothing immediately there, the reception desk is on the 3rd floor which you take a lift to. Helpful staff who spoke English, and free toiletries to take from the reception.
Room was noticeably bigger than the standard Japanese hotel room, with a nice wall mounted desk facing the window and a comfortable office type chair. Good aircon, incredibly important when the temperature is 35C plus every day! Also had an air purifier/humidifier unit in the room which I basically used as a fan to keep cool and dry clothes after I'd been out.
I did book the breakfast but I was too lazy to wake up in time to actually go, so I can't comment on that.
There's also a Lawson on the ground floor of the building which is always super convenient.
In all honesty, I can't think of anything bad to say about this place. I suppose you could say that it's not near to the Minato Mirai area, but it's literally just one metro stop. You can't be close to everything and for this visit I wanted to be near to Chinatown, and short of actually getting a hotel inside Chinatown you can't really get any closer.

Excellent location, carpark nearby, easy to get to Daikoku by car. Comfy beds. Biggest room we have had so far in Japan
他のビジネスホテルに比べベット·バスタブ·等が大きく使い勝手が良く快適に過ごせました
また立地条件も横浜スタジアムの前でわかりやすく公共交通機関から比較的近い点が良かったです

室内に電子レンジがあった事。ソファがあった事。トイレと別でお風呂がゆったり入れた。ベットも広い。朝食がほんと美味しい。
駐車場も置きっぱなしで2泊できました。
あと、
高齢の親を連れてったから、お風呂場に椅子が欲しかった。フロントに言えばあったかもしれないので、高齢者を連れて行く方は聞いてみては？と思います。
あと、60大過ぎると、老眼でジャンプーリンスとか、見えづらくなるので大きめなわかりやすい文字があると助かる。←まあ、これはどこのホテルも同じですが、
あの価格でこのクオリティーはすごすぎる！
