また来たくなる美術館のようなビジネスホテル
Pros:

落ち着いた雰囲気があり、海外の美術館に居るようだった。上品な感じがしました。

駅チカで中華街も近く利便性ありました。

Cons:

特にありませんが
一階のコンビニが改装工事中で利用出来なかったのは残念だが、近くにもコンビニがあったので買い物はしやすかった。

研修生も含めスタッフの接客が素晴らしかったです

室内も綺麗でした

Cons:

週末と言う事で中華街を行き来するお客さんの声が多少は聞こえましたが、気にして寝れなくなるほどではありません

横浜に来たらココ！いいホテルです✨
Pros:

駅からも近く、スタジアムや公園も目の前で、とても良い場所で良かったです。お部屋も快適で気に入りました。

Cons:

部屋も設備も申し分なかったのですが、清潔感に少し欠けていたのが残念でした。
未使用時のシャンプー容器に誰かの髪の毛がくっついていたり、シャワーヘッドがくもっていたり、浴槽が少しざらついていました。また、ベットのシーツ（足元部分）がマットレスにかかっておらず…お部屋も設備も大満足だったので、そこが残念でした。廊下で会った掃除担当者の態度があまり良くなかったのでそのあたりが改善されると全て良くなるのかなと思いました。

今回で3回目の宿泊となりましたが、たまにしかしない機械操作(タッチパネル)に不慣れな我々のような高齢者にとても丁寧に教えて頂きストレスなくチェックインができたことが何よりでした
