La ubicacion
En mi estancia el pasado 15 de septiembre muy mala la habitación, no funcionaba el elevador, las persianas en pésimo estado, no había agua caliente, la habitación tenía cucarachas y en mi estancia el pasado 8 de Octubre, la habita un poco mejor, el costo muy elevado me cobraron $ 1900.00
La atención de todo el personal, en especial de Irma y los viejitos
Que había poca higiene e instalaciones en malas condiciones
Pues ora si las televiciones servian
En los botes de basura estaba muy lleno y una cama estaba desacomodada
Que pude cambiarme de hotel por mi cuenta
Que no contó con agua caliente y no informaron antes de reservar

I booked here because its close to all shops and everything. From the outside the places looks very nice.
The levevator was out of service our room was on the 4th floor. We had to walk up with all our stuff. The bath room leaks water. The shower the water went everywhere it was very hard to shower. Also the carpet in the room was all wet. Also there were no bath towels in the room we had to go back down and get them. Also not enough toilet paper.

La persona que me tocó en la recepción cuando llegué se portó muy grosera estaba totalmente desinformada me dijo que mi reservación no existía cuando ya tenía el registro y la llave lista que dejo la persona del turno anterior, pero no conforme con eso tuvo una muy mala actitud todo el tiempo para mí y otros clientes porque me hizo esperar 20 minutos en lo que confirmaba cuando ya todo estaba listo

Fuera de la ubicación y el lobby, todo lo demás pésimo, se que es económico, pero muy mal en todos los aspectos.
