Buona struttura a buon prezzo.
Pros:

Premesso che non considererei la struttura un 4 stelle ma un ottimo 3 stelle, voglio segnalare soprattutto la gentilezza e la disponibilità del personale, l'ottima colazione offerta, la funzionalità delle camere prenotate (Camera Matrimoniale Standard) e dei relativi bagni, la gradevolezza delle zone comuni, la possibilità di parcheggio, a pagamento, in un'area privata adiacente l'Hotel. Buono il rapporto qualità-prezzo.

Cons:

Solo piccoli particolari, a titolo di suggerimento. Magari uno sforzo in più nell'offerta della cena. Il buffet era un pò scarno, non c'era possibilità di scelta delle pietanze (menù fisso) ed i piatti proposti erano senza particolare inventiva ma buoni.
Mancanza dell'aspiratore nel bagno cieco. I prodotti da bagno erano in realtà solo due dispenser fissi di sapone liquido, uno sul lavandino ed uno nella doccia. Non da 4 stelle. Avrei gradito almeno la fornitura di saponette solide.

La piscina con terrazza

Cons:

Eravamo in un distaccamento della struttura (quindi in un altro palazzo adiacente) ma non era un 4 stelle , e poi anche problemi con il parcheggio che ho dovuto pagare in più perché altrimenti se lasciavo la macchina sulle strisce blu mi facevano la multa.

Comodo, fresco e pulito
Pros:

Posto tranquillo e comodo.
Abbiamo parcheggiato a pochi metri dall'albergo e la camera era fresca e pulitissima.

Cons:

Nulla di grave ma è mancata un po' la comunicazione via messaggio di booking.com
Alla fine però ci siamo capiti e ci sono venuti incontro permettendoci un check in anticipato

Strategico per spostarsi a piedi in centro
Pros:

Comodo per arrivarci vicino alla piazza principale, un Conad a due passi, struttura accogliente e pulita, colazione ottima e con tutto, stanze pulite e personale simpatico educato ed accogliente, unica pecca spesso le persone si fermano a parlare sulla strada la mattina presto e si sente, comunque da tornarci

Pros:

Staff eccezionale! Gentili, disponibili, simpatici, le camere sempre in ordine e ben curate, tutto funzionale, letti comodi, aria condizionata Top! Colazione molto abbondante e completa di tutto, dai dolci al salato, prodotti davvero buoni, per quanto riguarda la piscina, sicura e ben attrezzata, Hotel vicino al centro, parcheggio pubblico a circa 600 metri... Qualità prezzo e servizi indiscutibili 👌

Pros:

Heel vriendelijk personeel, heel proper, lekker ontbijt, mooi gebouw en zalige bedden. Geweldige locatie als uitvalsbasis om toscane te verkennen.

Cons:

De lift geeft een luide piep bij het openen en sluiten van deuren, hoorbaar voor de kamers in de buurt van de lift. Zwembad heeft geen schaduw of parasols.
