Lovely escape
Pros:

Cheerful & welcoming lobby with pleasant and efficient staff. Super clean, spacious and very comfortable guest room. Breakfast each day was great and our farewell group dinner was excellent! Walkable to town center attractions!

Pros:

La camera era molto confortevole. Comodo il parcheggio all'ombra degli alberi.

Cons:

Nel bagno annesso alla camera mancavano alcuni accessori solitamente presenti nei 4 stelle.
La prima colazione a buffet non è così ricca come ci si aspetterebbe.

Wonderful stay with exceptional service
Pros:

We had a truly lovely stay at Da Vinci Hotel in Montecatini Terme. The hotel itself is comfortable, clean, and very well located—quiet, yet just a short walk from the town centre and restaurants. Breakfast was fresh and varied, and the overall atmosphere very relaxing.

What really made our stay special was the exceptional service at reception, especially from Paola. She was warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. Her kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail made us feel genuinely cared for from the moment we arrived. It’s rare to come across someone who makes such a positive difference to a stay.

Thanks to Paola and the rest of the team, we felt very comfortable throughout our visit and would happily return. We would highly recommend Da Vinci Hotel to anyone visiting Montecatini Terme.

In het centrum gelegen. Maar volgende keer toch naar het Boston hotel.
Pros:

Ontbijt was zeer uitgebreid. Mooie lounge en buitenterras. Dicht bij het centrum en restaurants. Park en treinstation dicht bij en ook treintje naar Montecatini-Terme Alto op loopafstand.

Cons:

Douche cabinedeur was stuk en werd na 2 dagen pas gerepareerd. WC spoelknop was stuk, waardoor het water bleef doorstromen. Ook niet gerepareerd. Dekens ipv dekbed, maar dat is persoonlijk. TV doet het pas nadat je de afstandsbediening pal voor de televisie houdt (batterij misschien?)
Auto langs de straat geparkeerd, terwijl er op het terrein beveiligde ruimte aanwezig was! Dit werd bij de receptie niet benoemd.
