Hôtel très satisfaisant
Pros:

Très bon accueil, de très bons petits déjeuners et dîners nous sont proposés, personnel à l'écoute des clients, bonne situation de l'hôtel qui permet d'aller à la gare à pied, ..... ensemble très satisfaisant

Un tout petit bémol, la clim est bruyante dans la chambre

Fabulous stay
Pros:

This hotel is beautiful and the staff are so friendly.
We had breakfast included which had plenty of choice.
There is a roof top pool in one of the neighbouring buildings which you can use free of charge.
The room we had was basic but clean and comfortable, it had aircon, hairdryer, safe and fridge. I think there are more luxury rooms you can book in the building but ours was great as a base. The location is great too, you are a short walk from the station, the centre, the funicular, the thermal pool. There is restaurant and a gelateria just across the road and a bar just along the street.
We had a lovely time and I would definitely stay again!

Lovely escape
Pros:

Cheerful & welcoming lobby with pleasant and efficient staff. Super clean, spacious and very comfortable guest room. Breakfast each day was great and our farewell group dinner was excellent! Walkable to town center attractions!

Pros:

La camera era molto confortevole. Comodo il parcheggio all'ombra degli alberi.

Cons:

Nel bagno annesso alla camera mancavano alcuni accessori solitamente presenti nei 4 stelle.
La prima colazione a buffet non è così ricca come ci si aspetterebbe.
