Il personale splendido. La stanza pulitissima. La posizione strategica vicino alle stazioni ferroviarie per potersi spostare comodamente .

The hotel felt more like a 3* than a 4*. Something that wasn’t clear when booking is that the pool is in a separate hotel across the street which you had to walk to in your swimwear. The shower in our room was tiny and we booked a superior double room with balcony. The shower as mentioned was tiny and when you turned the shower onto full power the head kept turning away from you and falling off the stand. There was one day we returned to our room to find speckles off blood on our bedsheets, when we informed reception they said there’s nothing they can do as the cleaners went home and it ended up being resolved later that evening. This was disappointing. Parking was average sometimes you got a spot in front of the hotel but most of the time you had to trek down the street and parallel park as the spaces was super tight. The air con was strong and kept the room nice and cold however it did leave lingering smells of sewage. The food was delicious and had lots of options. The service in the restaurant was very good. We didn’t feel rushed out. Breakfast was good as there was lots of options and the food taste very nice and the coffee was good too. The beds where pretty comfortable too. The balcony was not bad either as it had a bit of space with two chairs and a table to chill out in the afternoons.
All in all the hotel felt more like a 3*.

WOW! This hotel is so beautiful. The kindness and goodness amazed us. The service is excellent, the manager made us laugh so much. The breakfast surprised us as well.

Posizione comodissima al centro, accoglienza ottima Sig. Raffaello valore aggiunto alla struttura per gentilezza e cordialità. Colazione ottima ed abbondante. Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo. Torneremo.

Stayed here solo for five nights and couldn’t fault it. The location is unbeatable, five minutes from Terme Redi and a short walk to everything worth seeing in town. Alessia at reception went above and beyond, sorting my spa day, restaurant recommendations and airport transfer without me having to chase anything. The panoramic pool on the terrace is a proper bonus, quiet and well kept even in peak August. Rooms were clean, comfortable and exactly what you need after a full day out. As a solo traveller I felt genuinely looked after the entire trip. Highly recommend for anyone wanting a relaxed base in Tuscany.

Lovely hotel in a great location. Staff were friendly and helpful and the room nice and clean. I would definitely use this hotel again if I return to this area.

Rooms are clean and serviced everyday. In the evening they kept the bar open to have a drink and the servant had a joke prepared on several occasions.

A good and complete backlash buffet that is serviced until the end so you don't have to go Earley to have everything fresh.

This hotel is beautiful and the staff are so friendly.
We had breakfast included which had plenty of choice.
There is a roof top pool in one of the neighbouring buildings which you can use free of charge.
The room we had was basic but clean and comfortable, it had aircon, hairdryer, safe and fridge. I think there are more luxury rooms you can book in the building but ours was great as a base. The location is great too, you are a short walk from the station, the centre, the funicular, the thermal pool. There is restaurant and a gelateria just across the road and a bar just along the street.
We had a lovely time and I would definitely stay again!
