La habitación y las instalaciones muy lindas

Cons:

La propuesta gastronómica era muy sencilla la comida no era rica pero sí abundante lo único rescatable fue siempre el ceviche que lo racionaban al extremo, la aptitud del personal de servicio no era amable ni cálida la mayor parte del tiempo estaban con mala cara y por lo general cuando servicio solicitaba algo decían que lo vaya a tomar por su propia cuenta aunque cabe recalcar que el capitán Hamiltom fue el único que se portó de manera cálida en el restaurante

Un lugar hermoso e infrastructura excelente - buena variedad en el buffet

No recomiendo ir en feriado. Hay demasiada gente y el hotel no está preparado para recibir esa cantidad de visitantes. Personal se ve cansado y estresado muy pocos te logran atender con amabilidad no se si por sobresaturación en sus labores . A la llegada hubo una fuerte discusión con gente tratando mal al personal porque aparentemente los habían dejado esperando. Luego nos enteramos que son los que tienen membresía aparentemente se sienten dueños . La infraestructura buena pero las habitaciones ya necesitan una remodelación. Y por favor deben retirar el agua tesalia :) . Las bebidas aceptables aunque prepárense para hacer largas filas en horas picos . Si te atrasaste al almuerzo o cena en el buffet prepárate q encontrar las sobras y no hay platos . Los chicos de la animación excelentes nos hicieron pasar un buen rato . Es bastante difícil conseguir reservas para los restaurantes temáticos . Tienes que madrugar a reservar pero por alguna razón siempre estaba lleno

Poor Customer Service
Pros:

I stayed at this resort for 2 nights and 3 days during a holiday, and unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience—especially considering the resort was fully booked and the price we paid.

We used the resort’s transportation and arrived at 1:50 PM, but check-in wasn’t until 2:40 PM. Given that everything was arranged through them, this lack of coordination was frustrating from the start.

In the afternoon, we tried to get drinks, but only two bars were open because the others were unstaffed. This resulted in long, stressful lines. When we finally got to order, many of the drinks listed on the menu were unavailable, so there was very limited variety.

Another downside was that most pools and jacuzzis close at 6 PM, which feels quite early. On top of that, towels can only be returned at one location, meaning if you’re at a different pool, you have to walk all the way back before 6 PM just to return them. The jacuzzi was also not heated at all—we were told the water heater was broken, so it essentially wasn’t functioning.

We also had a reservation at the “Asian” restaurant, but the menu options were completely unrelated (grilled chicken with fries, bolognese pasta, fish with rice). When we asked about it, the staff simply said that’s what they had available, which was disappointing and confusing.

In our room, the TV never worked. We contacted the front desk, and although someone came after about two hours, the issue was never resolved because the remote controls were all in poor condition. Additionally, our room was missing conditioner, and our friends’ room didn’t have shampoo or body wash. This made us question the overall attention to detail and cleanliness.

Overall, the price-to-quality ratio is very poor. Customer service did not meet expectations, and based on this experience, I would not recommend staying here.

Lo use hace unos 3 años y tenía mejores condiciones

Cons:

Una luz estaba intermitente, los jardines están descuidados, la puerta del balcón no podía abrir, la cortina de la puerta del balcón estaba rota, aunque la mayoría de los trabajadores fueron gentiles y amables, algunos no fueron ni menos profesionales.

Muchas cosas, pocos vasos, poco personal la verdad no es posible que un Resort como este no tenga vasos para la cantidad de personas que lo visitan, a más algunos no estaban bien lavados, la comida no es tan buena, le falta más variedad como Mariscos!! Las piscinas si son bonitas hay varias, los show super buenos 100/10 esos bailarines son lo máximo. No cumplen con las funciones el Resort eso sí pero los show q dieron son hermosos. Oh me olvidaba la cerveza solo dan pilsener negra ay no! Y no conforme se gastaba rapdisimo que mal he ido a otros Resort donde nunca me limitan a. Nada acá todo se acababa no había vasos uff no la vdd que el Resort no cumplió con mis expectativas los snacks malucos

Poco adecuado para quienes buscan descansar y relajarse.
Pros:

Me gustó que el hotel estaba limpio y cómodo. También disfrutamos de los shows de la noche. La temperatura de las piscinas y del jacuzzi era agradable. El masaje en el spa fue muy bueno.
La playa es muy limpia, tranquila y hay salvavidas.

Cons:

Imposible descansar durante la estadía por el ruido constante. La música estaba a un volumen muy alto durante todo el día. El nivel de ruido es excesivo y termina arruinando la experiencia para quienes buscan tranquilidad. También hubo fuegos pirotécnicos sin previo aviso, lo cual me pareció muy negativo, especialmente por el impacto que tienen en los animales.

Por otro lado, es una lástima que los jardines estén llenos de palmeras y plantas no nativas. La vegetación local de la zona es muy bonita y sería más coherente con la idea de turismo sostenible utilizar especies propias del lugar. Incluso podría haber más presencia de fauna si se respetara más el entorno natural.

La comida del bufet tampoco me gustó. Los postres eran poco buenos, la fruta solo estaba disponible en el desayuno y no había casi comida típica de la región costa, lo cual es una lástima.
