Great location, breakfast, and beds!
Pros:

This hotel is in a great location and has very comfortable rooms! There were three of us staying in one room, and the extra little sitting area made it feel very spacious for us. The beds were also very comfy! It was a short walk up hill to the capital square, and just a 1/2 mile walk to Monona Terrace. Also the free breakfast was great - included hot and cold food items! Would definitely stay here again.

Pros:

The breakfast was really nice and the overall experience in the room was excellent.

Cons:

The ice water provided in the lounge was good, but the hot water served during breakfast tasted a little weird. The flow of shower water was a bit too fast, but not a big deal.

The Hyatt Place downtown is a 2 star hotel, not 3.

Room was filthy, sheets smelled like bleach, everything was old and broken.

Clean and spacious room.
Pros:

Room was very clean and quiet (high floor). It was more spacious than I expected it to be. Breakfast was good—the usual hotel options. Bonus there was a small outdoor space with table and chairs. Would definitely stay here again.

Great stay, very recommended
Pros:

Location great, staff friendly, price awesome the room was spacios clean & very welcoming. We arrived very early & the staff even helped us with a method of waving the early arrival fee.
Breakfast was fairly typical of a American Hotel.. No complaints.
Location is unbeatable, staff recommended great restaurants, the Irish bar up the road has an amazing selection of draft beers & great food.
