¡Este establecimiento tiene, sin duda, la mejor recepción y el mejor personal de todos los tiempos! ¡No elegiré nada que no sea el PrideInn Diani Hotel! Ya había utilizado sus servicios en otras ubicaciones, ¡pero esta experiencia superó todas mis expectativas! Llegué a las 5 de la mañana (habiendo pagado la noche anterior para poder acceder a la habitación antes del horario habitual de entrada) y fui recibido de inmediato por personas encantadoras; no tengo ninguna queja. La habitación era excelente, con un balcón perfecto y un servicio de limpieza impecable (se limpiaba cada mañana); además, cualquier artículo adicional que necesitara (como kits de higiene dental) me lo proporcionaban al instante. ¡Imposible pedir más!

¡La comida también es excelente! Ofrecen una gran variedad de opciones y cuentan con un personal muy amable para ayudarte a elegir; aprecié especialmente la cálida bienvenida que nos brindó Bretta a mi prometido y a mí en casi todas nuestras comidas.
La zona de la piscina también está perfectamente ubicada, cuenta con un vigilante permanente para garantizar la seguridad de los huéspedes y el Mnazi Bar está a un paso. Un servicio realmente encomiable.
¡Siempre daré prioridad a este establecimiento en mis visitas a Diani!

También disfruté de un paseo en barco al atardecer, no muy lejos del hotel; sin duda lo recomiendo. ¡Muchas gracias al PrideInn Hotel Diani y a su amable personal!

Pros:

The food was absolutely fantastic. The staff was very patient and helpful especially with our Dad who was a little bit unwell. The facility was neat and clean.

Cons:

Some of the rooms especially on the ground floor are too close to the entertainment area which has noise in the evenings and that meant sleeping at night (if one is an early sleeper) was problematic because of the noise.

Cons:

La gestion des problématiques de réservation et le peu de clarté sur la capacité d'acceuil des chambres. Le personnel donne des informations qui s'avère erronées et vous sont en plus facturées par la suite. Seul point noir de mon séjour.
