お部屋でコンパクトで使いやすく、清潔。スタッフもフレンドリーで丁寧で良かった。

5月の宿泊からリピートしました。デラックスダブルにしたため、部屋が広く快適でした。プランについていたアフタヌーンティーはブッフェでした。

Exceptional stay with outstanding service! We arrived early from Nha Trang by bus, and the helpful receptionist (sorry i forgot his name) quickly arranged a great deal for us. Nicolo assisted us to our room and shared details about breakfast and the weekend afternoon tea. Checking out at noon to switch to our pre-booked room was a breeze, thanks to Keisha and Finn. The room itself was spotlessly clean, fresh, and beautifully decorated. Food at the restaurant was superb, and the afternoon tea with live music was a fantastic, relaxing bonus. Highly recommended!

The hotel was excellent! Ryan from the service team was very friendly and helpful. The spa and sauna facilities on the upper floor were great and provided a relaxing experience. The location is also very convenient, close to the Japanese street where you can find many Japanese restaurants. Highly recommended!

My daughter and I stayed at Silverland for 3 nights. Our first time in Saigon and Silverland. Highly recommend our stay. Staff were very attentive and helpful. Special shout-out to Finn and Tom. We had a full body massage at the spa at the hotel which was great. On the day of our checkout I had a mishap with my luggage- accidentally locked it (had a minor heart attack)- the boys jiggled with it and fixed! Such a relief.

Great hotel for foreign travelers! The place is clean and cozy, and all staff are really nice. We ran out of our cash before we go to the airport. However, we forgot that we’ve ordered food on Grab and chose to pay by cash. We had no spare RMB to exchange the cash as the time is very tight as the driver was on his way. Staff Hao and Keisha helped us sort it out. Keisha lent us cash right away. It felt so warm and trustworthy in a foreign country. Luckily, we got the cash and paid her back. She was gentle and patient the whole time. Staff Finn was very helpful too. He calmed us down when we were panicking. He let us sit down and gave us cold water when we were stressed. He also carried our luggages and saw us off when we left. I will stay here again when I visit Ho Chi Minh City and recommend it to all my friends traveling to Vietnam. I'd love to give special thanks to Finn, Keisha and Louis from Silverland Sil Hotel. They offered us tremendous help whenever we ran into troubles during our stay. No matter what questions we asked or requests we had, they always went out of their way to assist us and sort out every problem patiently. Besides the incredibly thoughtful staff, the hotel facilities are fantastic and the whole place is spotlessly clean. If I visit Ho Chi Minh City again in the future, Silverland Sil Hotel will definitely be my top choice without hesitation.

This is my second trip to Ho Chi Minh City in three months and I’ve stayed here at the Silverland Sil Hotel. I’ve only had positive experiences here and will be sure to stay here again the next time I’m in town. And the location right next to Little Japan puts the hotel in the perfect spot for all my needs.

Our stay at Silverland Sil was exceptional, from the moment you arrive until you leave the service level is impeccable. The rooms are very clean, comfortable and facilities exceeded our expectations.

The location, in Japan Town, is very central, and provides an ease of access to just about everything.

Very special mention to Nicole, An, Keisha and the whole team, not one staff member didn’t provide the utmost kindness and attention.

This was the perfect stay for our visit to Ho Chi Minh City - incredible food and shopping in walking distance, and the breakfast, rooms and staff here are amazing - especially Nico, Quan, Louis and Keisha!!! So hope we get to come back

I was very impressed with Silverland Sil from the first time I stayed with my family, so it was my first choice to stay here during my solo trip. I love the clean decoration, the delicious breakfast, and the accommodating staff! Finn, Tom, Han, and many other members of the hotel are dedicated to exemplary service! Every day they provided help with wonderful kindness! A five star value for the hospitality, location, and atmosphere! I would definitely stay here again!
