We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was very clean, cozy, and comfortable. The service was excellent, and every staff member we met was friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help.

The jacuzzi looked so lovely! Unfortunately, we didn’t have enough time to enjoy it this trip, but we’ll definitely try it next time.

The breakfast buffet was fabulous, with a great variety of fresh and delicious food. A special thank you to Shin, who was incredibly kind and attentive. His warm and genuine service made us feel more like friends than guests.

We truly enjoyed our stay and would be happy to come back again. Highly recommended!

I had a wonderful 2-night stay at Silverland Sil Hotel. The location is perfect for anyone who wants to explore Saigon’s Japanese Town, with many restaurants, cafés, and attractions within walking distance.

As a boutique hotel, the rooms are a bit compact, but they are clean, comfortable, and well maintained. What truly made my stay memorable was the excellent service from the front desk staff, especially Quan. He was professional, friendly, and always willing to help, making me feel welcome throughout my stay.

Overall, I highly recommend Silverland Sil Hotel for travelers looking for a great location, warm hospitality, and a comfortable boutique hotel experience in Ho Chi Minh City.

I stayed at Silverland Hotel with my friend, and we had an amazing experience. The hotel facilities are well-maintained, clean and comfortable in every corner. All the staff members are incredibly warm, helpful and patient throughout our stay. I want to specially thank Louis from the front desk. He kindly helped us reserve the afternoon tea service even after our check-out, and gave us very useful local travel tips. We really appreciate his thoughtful service, and we would definitely choose this hotel again on our next trip to Ho Chi Minh City.

​The location of this hotel is unbeatable—it's right next to Japan Town (Little Tokyo) in Ho Chi Minh City, making it super convenient to get around. Almost everything major is within easy walking distance!
​Breakfast: The breakfast spread was truly impressive and a great way to start the day.
​Service: Housekeeping was always prompt and attentive every single day. The front desk team was exceptionally warm and welcoming, always eager to help with our luggage.
​Special Thanks: A special shout-out to Quan An at the front desk! His service attitude was top-notch—he was incredibly thoughtful, patient, and helped us smoothly resolve all kinds of questions during our stay.

Great Atmosphere! The music upstairs and downstairs is awesome. The service from the staff were amazing! Thank you to Louis, Han and Quan!! All lovely, professional and efficient.

The rooms were super cute. Loved the bidet! Haha The pillows were so comfy!!!!

We loved the facilities upstairs as well. The Jacuzi was nice, hydrotherapy was fun to try and the sauna! The massages were okay. I really wanted a good foot massage but the one I was given was not great. So I found another place nearby.

Otherwise it was great!!! Definitely wanting to come back here.

i loved staying at the silverland sil hotel. its stylish clean close to all the action and nightlife of Saigon Vietnam but the best part about my stay was the people. the hotel staff was the best of any hotel ive stayed with. they really went the extra mile. my birthday fell during my stay. they even brought me up a birthday cake. Do yourself a favor and stay at the Silverland. Sil hotel !

Amazing staff so friendly and nice helpful gave great ideas on things to go and places to see quan i toay where very help full and so where all the other staff they should all get paid more for the grate job that and grate work ethic

Stayed about 16 days at Silverland Sil. Everyday was pleasant with great service, room, and food. Recommend this place with special thanks to staffs Shin-vi, Keisha, Tony and Hao.

I stay at this hotel, everytime I come for business trip. Although the hotel is small but the staff are very helpful and friendly. Especially Keisha, she offer the extended hour check out.
