La vue exceptionnelle,
Le personnel sympa et serviable
Le nourriture du buffet est bonne et variée

Le buffet est bon mais très minimaliste ,pas de pastèque,je suis choquée
Aucune ambiance ,très peu la journée et le soir ,aucune
Manque de personnel au bar le soir
Tout est cher dans l' hôtel et la cerise sur le gâteau ,ça été le parking payant 8€ par jour 😱 ce n' est pas normal ,il n' y a pas d autres solutions autour pour se garer

La posizione, la pulizia, la gentilezza del personale

Cons:

Le sdraio e ombrelloni non sono sufficienti per tutti gli ospiti, sia in piscina sia al mare e spesso si rimane al sole. Il self service a pranzo e cena è non è in linea con il prezzo richiesto ed in generale le consumazioni ai vari bar sono molto costose.

Pros:

Great placement right next to the ocean, with easy access to the water. Both saltwater and regular pool. A/C was good. The beds was a little hard.

Cons:

Food. Transport possibilities to and from airport and city. The taxi is super expensive and the hotel has no transport back and forth to the train station 2 min down the road, so if you want to save some money on transport you have to walk ~20min to the train. No shop to get essentials in the hotel, the closest supermarket is around the train station. Seems like the hotel is for people who get there by car or rental car.

Le cose che mi sono piaciute della struttura sono state principalmente la pulizia e l accoglienza

Cons:

Le cose che non ho apprezzato della struttura in primis e’ stata la Colazione, Siamo stati 8 giorni ed ogni giorno erano presenti sempre le stesse cose! poi ho trovato i prezzi un po’ alti, sia della ristorazione sia del bar e mini bar presente in camera, tutto un po’ troppo!

Très mauvaise nuit sans climatisation à 37 degrés

The sea is nice but the the hotel isn't worth the price and absolutely not elegant for a 4 star hotel
Pros:

Fortunately we booked an independent beach house near the sea and not one of the rooms of the horrible big hotel structure.

Cons:

The hotel is horrible for the price you pay. You get a welcome drink card but you can only drink a smoothie and can't get even a beer which gives you immediately a bad impression. In the morning the breakfast room looks like a school canteen and the quality of the meal is very very low, considering that Sicily has one of the best food of all Italy: no typical products and only self service (also espresso is from the machine). Just basic one star hotel breakfast. You can't have nothing for free even asking for a mask for snorkeling one hour isn't possible. You have to rent it for the hole day, pay 5 Euro and you get a piece of plastic were you won't see nothing. Avoid trips with the boat, we heard one of the concierge calling the boat rental and saying:"add 20Euro more for me because I called you and not another one".
Some zones of the hotel are reserved to a private club and you are not allowed to stay there including the parking. Therefore you need to park outside the hotel in a earth parking with a door with a code access, which they can change at any day without telling you and you risk to be stack in the parking without getting out (happened to me).
