Не очень добрый и не улыбчивый персонал.

Pros:

Beautiful setting, helpful staff. Lots of parking, convenient for main roads and close to Venice Marco Polo airport. It was nice to have a decent breakfast.

Cons:

Nothing particularly negative. Our room was slightly dated but was comfortable and featured air conditioning which was a major bonus.
