Pros:

Nos alojamos en este hotel de camino a Venecia, a 20 minutos de la ciudad, por lo que la ubicación era excelente. El entorno, es espectacular y tranquilo con unos jardines preciosos. El desayuno muy completo, el personal de lo más amable. La atención recibida fue muy buena.

-einzig positive, war der Ausblick beim Frühstück, auf den schönen Garten. (Zumindest im hinteren Bereich) (Rest zeigen die Fotos)

Cons:

Wir sind mit der Vorstellung eingecheckt, welche durch die Fotos von Booking.com erweckt wurde. Was uns vor Ort geboten wurde, grenzt an Betrug.
-erstens wird man im Nebengebäude untergebracht, welche völlig in die Jahre und runtergekommen ist.
-dreckige Zimmer, mit Bartstoppeln, der letzten Rasur vom vorherigen Hotelgast, bis hin zur verschimmelten Dusche inklusive total verkeimten Duschkopf.( siehe Bild)
- Auch das Grundstück ist total vermüllt und heruntergekommen (siehe Bild )
-Schimmeliger Gestank im Zimmer
-Klimagerät direkt vorm Gebäude (sehr laut in der Nacht)
-Zimmer sehr hellhörig 2/2 Nächten Lärm
-Bei Konfrontation mit Hotelmitarbeiter, kam die Aussage, dass er selbst hier auch nicht schlafen würde, er aber auch nicht der Besitzer sei… er wird es ihm weitergeben…

I truly felt like a princess in a castle. A perfect accommodation.
Pros:

The property is absolutely stunning, the pictures don’t even do it justice. It is a true palace.

If you will travel here, rent a car, as the taxi is at least 45€ one direction.

Il nostro soggiorno di due notti a Villa Braida è stato più che soddisfacente , siamo stati benissimo io la mia famiglia e una famiglia nostra ospite che veniva dal Messico.Noi abbiamo dormito nella dependance gli alloggi sono per 2 persone ,la colazione è abbondante e completa di tutto e soprattutto buonissima le ragazze sono molto gentili e carinissime . Ma il fiore all' occhiello è Alberto alla reception preparatissimo , ci ha consigliato come andare in treno a Venezia senza spendere tantissimi soldi , (lo ringraziamo ancora )ha esaudito alcune nostre richieste ,ma soprattutto ci ha dato ottimi consigli per ristoranti/pizzerie . Ci torneremo siamo stati veramente bene .

l'impinato di aria condizionata non funzionava nelle due camere che ci sono state assegnate. Inoltre sono arrivati clienti alle ore 2:45 di notte, e hanno fatto moltissimo rumore, nonostante l'invito di due altri ospiti di rispettare il silenzio Capisco che possa non essere nel pieno controllo della gestione l'evitare queste situazioni, ma e' stata comunque spiacevole. credo di trattasse di soggetti che avevano perso una connessione aerea - l'hotel ha ricevuto alle ore 2:30 un pullman di alemno 30 persone.
