Generous and beautiful rooms, kind and attentive staff and excellent location just 5 mins walk from the Louvre. Staff were excellent in helping us to freeze our medication and in resolving one issue we had promptly and appropriately. The pool was excellent - it’s very small and needs to be reserved but was wonderful having it to ourselves after a long day. We will definitely stay again!

Cons:

The showers change temperature a bit but with a bit of patience they were fine for us all.

Perfect location, amazing staff, comfortable bed. Best place to stay in Paris!
Pros:

The location is truly unbeatable — just around the corner from the Louvre and a short 5-minute walk to metro and bus connections that can take you anywhere in the city.
What really made our stay special, though, was the staff. Every single member of the team was incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive — always smiling and ready to help.
Our room was spotlessly clean. While it was on the smaller side, it had everything we needed, and the bed and pillows were exceptionally comfortable. We slept very well and woke up feeling refreshed each morning.
We also tried the breakfast on our last day. While the selection isn’t extensive, it offers a nice variety of fresh and tasty options — everything you might need to start the day.
Another big plus is the surrounding area: the street is full of great restaurants, making it easy to enjoy wonderful meals just steps from the hotel.

Cons:

The only thing that wasn´t perfect was the water pressure in the shower, was very weak, so we let the reception know during check out.
