Pros:

Ein tolles, sehr komfortables Zimmer mit eigener Sauna.
Leckeres Essen beim Frühstück und Abendessen.
Saunabereich im NATURE SPA sehr schön und tolle Ruheräume.

Cons:

In der Burgtherme sind zwar viele Saunen, aber keine abgeschlossenen Ruheräume. Alles offen und sehr laut, wenn viele Menschen dort sind und das Sprudelbecken läuft.
Alles sehr weitläufig und man verläuft sich leicht.

Zauberhaft!!!
Pros:

Das Hotel in Österreich hat auf uns wirklich einen sehr guten Eindruck gemacht. Alles war sehr sauber, gepflegt und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, mit einem modernen, aber dennoch passenden Design, das sich harmonisch in die Umgebung einfügt.

Am meisten beeindruckt hat uns das gesamte Personal. Von der Rezeption über die Küche und das Reinigungsteam bis hin zu den Gärtnern und den Mitarbeitern, die sich um den Pool gekümmert haben, waren alle unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Man hat sofort dieses familiäre und herzliche Klima gespürt. Auf unsere Wünsche wurde jederzeit offen und unkompliziert eingegangen.

Das Zimmer war traumhaft, mit einem wunderschönen Blick auf die Berge, den man so schnell nicht vergisst. Die Pools waren sehr sauber und die Saunalandschaft war auf einem hohen Niveau. Besonders angenehm war, dass man in der Sauna jederzeit Wasser oder Tee trinken konnte, was für zusätzlichen Komfort gesorgt hat.

Das Essen war hervorragend und verdient ein großes Lob. Die Küche war einfach köstlich, alles frisch und sehr geschmackvoll zubereitet. Man merkt sofort, dass hier mit viel Können und Leidenschaft gekocht wird. Auch der Service im Restaurant war sehr angenehm und freundlich.

Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen und können das Hotel wirklich jedem empfehlen, egal ob mit Kindern oder allein. Für jeden gibt es dort den passenden Ort zum Entspannen und Wohlfühlen. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt und bis zum nächsten Mal 👌🏼

Sehr schönes Hotel zum Wohlfühlen
Pros:

Sehr exklusiv und wirklich ausgesprochen gepflegt, alle Gäste verteilen sich gut, wunderschöne Spa-Landschaft mit dem besten Saunameister, den ich kenne!

Cons:

Das Bett war sehr weich, ich hatte etwas Rückenschmerzen. Leider war die Preisgestaltung verwirrend, da ich auf booking.com zwei Juniorsuites gebucht hatte und vier Personen angegeben waren. Dennoch wurden die Suiten als Einzelbett gebucht und ich bin erst beim Checkout über die Mehrkosten informiert worden.

Organizzazione, servizi, cibo, accoglienza e cortesia sono stati ottimi.

Cons:

Materassi e cuscineria potrebbero essere di maggiore qualità per il livello di un Resort che nel resto dei servizi é stato veramente molto molto positivo…Ma il riposo notturno é fondamentale!!

Trosku chaotické značení.. Hotel je obrovsky a trvalo nejakou dobu, než se nám povedlo se zorientovat..
