Tidy rooms, great conference.
Pros:

The conference venue, AV set-up and food was all fabulous. It’s great being next to the basin. Room is clean and tidy and comfortable bed.

Cons:

My heat pump didn’t heat very well.

Cons:

First the bathroom light didnt work and didnt turn on. Switches didnt work for the kettle turn on or the microwave...lamp shades didnt work only managed to turn on 2 lamp shades on, one downstairs in the living room and one in the room. TV in the room didnt work. Aircon for the heater didnt work either...for the price of $260 of one night is not worth it...unfortunanly y we didnt enjoy our stay and just had to deal with what would used for light and heat. Please do better for the next customers stays because they will be just as dissapointed as we were. I would not recommend this place to anyone...however customer service was exeptional and the bed was comfortable.
