The rooms
Staff and services, Front desk was not helpful upon check in. Room service we called for dinner and food arrived cold. The next morning calling to ask about breakfast for my mother and kids they were told to go to the breakfast buffet instead of the room service they were after. I booked this place because the first time i stayed there it was great, this second time around was a really poor experience especially for my kids and mother. I will not be staying here again nor will i recommend it again.

Very clean. The room was nice. Nice view. Super comfortable beds. Very convenient location. And really like that the parking is free.
I think it's a shame the spa closes at 5.45 in winter we were looking forward to a spa after dinner until we realized it was closed. Saw that there was a bath in our room so decided that would be nice instead but the plug didn't seal properly. Had a spa the next day and it wasn't very warm unfortunately. There was a lot of noise at night doors banging water running so hard to sleep. Also if a family of 4 has booked 4 towels in the room would be nice instead of us having to ask. Staff could have been a bit more friendly when we asked about the spa and towels.
Excellent price point. Spacious room. Excellent breakfast. Location was perfect for what we were down in Auckland for, great to have the lagoon loop walk after a long drive. We'll priced dinner. Would definitely stay again.
Bed & pillows were too squishy. Loud music from wedding at the hotel however all was quiet by 10.
