Camera ancora non pronta
Cons:

Abbiamo prenotato e pagato tramite Booking una camera per due persone. Siamo arrivati intorno all'ora di pranzo e ci è stato comunicato che avremmo potuto prendere possesso della camera più tardi. Siamo quindi tornati alle 15:15, ma la camera 211 non era ancora pronta. Ci hanno pertanto assegnato la camera 207.
Un'esperienza non proprio positiva, soprattutto considerando che la camera era stata prenotata e pagata in anticipo e che ci aspettavamo di poterla trovare disponibile all'orario previsto per il check-in.

Unica cosa che trovo da migliorare è l’illuminazione nelle camere . Troppo scure secondo me

Camera matrimoniale mansardata, posizione hotel, parcheggio ampissimo, zona silenziosa.

Cons:

Ho prenotato e pagato per una camera quadrupla standard e mi sono ritrovato in una doppia! Non ho fatto parole in quanto non sapevo se era un errore da parte di Booking o dell' hotel.

Pros:

Ottima location per visitare sia Torino che la parte nord della provincia, in una struttura rilassante e con un bellissimo contorno di campagna-collina. Ideale anche per una famiglia con bambini e il personale davvero gentilissimo. Torneremo!

Prezzo non adeguato alla collocazione senza colazione inclusa puzza nei corridoi ( legno c’era non so ) puzza di uovo nell’ascensore area condizionata insufficiente camera sottotetto caldissima mancanza acqua una notte di due scarico bagno mal funzionante
