Красивий готель з ідеальним розташуванням, але над серввсом команді ще треба працювати
Pros:

Ідеальне місцерозташування, красивий інтерʼєр, приємний арома маркетинг, гарний сніданок (правда, закінчується рано, в 10.00), в цілому чисто, класний екран тв в номері, гарні одноразові набори у ванній, дуже класні шампунь-кондиціонер і тд для тіла, зручні подушки і матрац, різні варіанти світла.

Cons:

На весь готель для мене не знайшлось другої ковдри в номер. У ванній кімнаті (114) прокладка між склом і ванною чашою не дуже чиста - іі треба замінити на нову, кондиціонер сильно гудить, шумний, заважає спати і при цьому погано охолоджує — було спекотно у кімнаті. На другий поверх немає ліфта. Команда стриманно ввічлива, не дуже дружня. Єдине виключення – дуже привітна, дружна дівчина, що працювала у ресторані на сніданку. Звукоізоляція середня: весь день до пізнього вечора крізь закрите вікно було чутно музику з кафе поряд і крики людей на вулиці — складно було відпочивати.

The staff is amazing, I had some personal problems during my stay and they went beyond their responsibilities to help me. Many Tks to Sebastien, Nicoleta and Sofia. Also, the location is excellent and the room is very comfortable
