The location in general was excellent, the surroundings and the the tranquil atmosphere.

Location brilliant and staff very helpful in suggestions of places to visit. Breakfast was first class, warm, plenty of choice and b staff efficient
Nothing really.
The room was nice size, plenty of parking, the EV charger was free which was good, the food in the smokehouse was nice, and location was nice and peaceful
The Site is quite untidy like a building site, not too noticeable. The bathrooms could do with modernising. And there is no main light in the room, lighting is quite poor.

Beautiful setting by the Avoca river. Excellent food in their roofed outdoor restaurant.
The river walk would be better if it continued further down the river but this isn't the hotels fault as there's s fishery nearby.
Very friendly staff the outdoor area in the lodges was fabulous
