Cons:

Uncomfortable soft mattraze and smelly rooms, especially the bedroom had a horrible stink from cigarette smoke! Even a room spray from housekeeping couldn't get rid of it.

The stay was enjoyable and comfortable.
Pros:

Location was good, near train and bus stations, near the lake and near town centre, and the common room was very clean, large, and very well equipped. There was a hot water kettle in the very clean room and the bathroom was quite large. Internet was also very good.

Cons:

The room was quite small, had only a view of the wall of the neighbouring building, and there was no direct communication with an actual person - all interaction was by email, WhatsApp, or phone only. I'd prefer to talk to/ask a real person.
