We stayed at this hotel from Friday to Monday. On Saturday, the air conditioning stopped working, even though it was 36 degrees outside. The reception staff told us that there was no one available to fix the air conditioning over the weekend, and they couldn't offer us another room because the hotel was fully booked. All they could provide was a larger fan, which didn't really solve much, as the air in the room still felt like a sauna.They did not offer any discount for this major inconvenience. It is completely unacceptable for a 4-star hotel, which accommodates guests 7 days a week, to be unable to call a technician or a maintenance team over the weekend, leaving guests without air conditioning for 2 days. This room was definitely not worth the price paid.
