Please avoid if possible especially for families with young kids. Doesn’t live up to the Berjaya name

We booked it and didn’t end up staying demanded a refund - stains on the bed. The stafff wasn’t even surprised we were grossed out. Just old and not good.

The hotel is good I can't expect much because it is an old hotel. One thing that I like is the mosque is just beside the hotel. The staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast was also
good. It would be nice if they can maintain the building and look more luxury😄. But overall ok.

Good room size. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast is good.

Cons:

Got my room in near the lift lobby. Downstairs was the night club. The boom box was a bit of a nuisance all night. Car parking was quite a hustle, as we can't access to the Carpark complex before checked in.

Very old. Sheets and pillowcases arent clean. Toilet is so old. Stains on toilet seat and bath tub. Lights went on and off many times at about 5-6am. They had to change my tv cos i only had 3 channels. Old old old.
