Pros:

Breakfast staff very fiendly, mainly the Indonesian girl

Cons:

Shower tray very slipery, grap bar must be considered. A shower door (sliding) would be an assest as the guest would not inondate the bedroom floor.

Exceed expectations, very warm and lovely staff. Will stay again.
Pros:

The staff were incredibly helpful. Family Room was great size with balcony for 4 of us. We didnt have breakfast as I thought it was a little pricey for what I would eat in the morning - but if you enjoy a big buffet then its probably great. We did have dinner the first night and it was absolutely delicious. Highly recommend.

Cons:

there wasnt coffee facilities in the room, BUT they made a fresh pot for us to have in the room in the morning so you just need to ask

Pros:
