Great stay at Garda lakeside
Pros:

Lovely hotel situated perfectly on the lakeside. The garden was exceptional with a peer into the lake for swimming and cooling down. Hot pool! Took some getting used to but after a short while it was really lovely. Spa area clean and good saunas. Great staff !!! Especially Stefania in the lobby but everyone was very helpful, nice and professional.

Cons:

We were in a very small room that was comfortable, the shower was outstanding….but a little small.

Tolle Lage, Pool und Wiese, unfunktionelle Zimmereinrichtung, unprofessioneller Resaurantbereich

Großartige Lage direkt am See, wunderschöne ,geplegte Wiese mit schönen Bäumen, toller Thermalpool, Frühstück einfallslos, Essen schlecht. Küche insgesamt am Besten meiden! Zimmer völlig unfunktional, billig, eingerichtet! Man weiß nicht wo man Sachen abstellen oder verstauen soll. Keine Laden! Kein Sessel! Personal tw. überheblich und ignorant!
War früher ein großartiges, charmantes Hotel in bester Lage mit sehr bemühtem Personal. Küche war sehr, sehr gut! Waren mehr als zehnmal dort. Haben dieses Hotel immer sehr gemocht! Waren nach Corona das 3te Mal dort. Jedesmal schlechter. Heuer völlig unprofessionell! Außerdem ist plötzlich alles extra zu zahlen.
Wir werden das Hotel in Zukunft meiden obwohl es von der, Lage und dem Thermalpool unübertroffen schön ist. Leider nach Besitzerwechsel passt das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis nicht mehr. Es geht nur mehr darum Geld zu machen. Charme ist verloren gegangen. So schade!

Unprofessioneller Restaurantbereich. Küche wirklich schlecht! Zimmereinrichtung billig und unfunktionell. Personal tw. ignorant!

I would come back. I always enjoy coming to this hotel.
Pros:

This is a great hotel and the third time that I have been here. The location is fantastic. The facilities is very comfortable with a hot, soft pool and a garden area to relax right on the lake. You can walk into the town of Sirmione easily

Cons:

We had full board and the food was only so so but the service was great

Un soggiorno indimenticabile! armonia tra la bellezza del luogo e l'eccellenza dell'Ospitalità

La posizione incantevole, la piscina, la SPA interna e il meraviglioso giardino rendono questo posto un vero punto di riferimento per chi ama il benessere e le cure termali. Se l'acqua di Sirmione è l'indiscussa protagonista, il vero valore aggiunto è il personale: sempre gentile, premuroso e disponibile. La direttrice e il suo staff rappresentano il fiore all'occhiello di questa struttura. Bravi!

Un bel parco con piscina termale direttamente sul lungo lago. Camera comoda e super pulita.
