Świetna lokalizacja , dostępny parking , miła obsługa , pyszne śniadania - można jeść na pięknym ogrodzie. Widokiem na jezioro . Dojście do jeziora , ale bez plaży . Świetny ogród z leżakami . Piękne widoki na jezioro ,
góry i zachody słońca .

Cons:

Nie można było pływać na sup-ie z ogrodu - wejście do jeziora ( obsługa powiedziała „ nie preferujemy „ ) Dziwny zapach wody w basenie.

Położenie hotelu bezpośrednio przy zamku oraz jeziorze dostępem do trawiastej plaży z leżakami. Basen z termalną wodą. Mimo że hotel ma swoje las, jest czysto.

Cons:

Jedna mała winda, do której mieszczą się dwie osoby + dwie walizki. Hotel ma swoje lata co widać, np pomost nad jeziorem w dużej mierze połamany przez co zamknięty. Śniadania mogłyby być lepsze, ale na jedną noc było ok.

Der Gestank hat es kaum erträglich gemacht.

Die Lage war super, kurz bevor es super eng wurde, also noch komfortabel mit dem Auto zu erreichen.

Cons:

Es hat DIE GANZE ZEIT nach faulen Eiern gestunken, wirklich kaum auszuhalten. Wir haben sogar was gesagt aber es wurde einfach nicht besser. Jeden Tag im gesamten Hotel, haben sowas noch nie erlebt.

Hat mir gut gefallen und war eine sehr angenehme Lage
Pros:

Lage außergewöhnlich! Zu Fuß 2 Minuten bis zum Castle und Altstadt. Die kleinen Zimmer sind wirklich sehr sehr klein und würden meiner Meinung nach einen geringeren Preis verdienen trotz top Lage. Frühstück war gut und ausreichend. Kaffee Selbstbedienung wäre hier besser. Ich hätte meinen Kaffee gerne zum Frühstück und nicht erst danach. Sonst der Garten und das Pool, weit besser als das 5 Sterne Hotel gleich nebenan (die hatten keine Wiese nur Steg). Reinigungskraft hat selbstständig einen weiteren Polster gebracht, da sie gesehen hat, dass wir eine Decke untergelegt hatten! Dies war sehr aufmerksam. Das Wasser sehr warm und man gewöhnt sich an den leichten Schwefelgeruch. Autoparkplatz direkt vorm Hotel.

Cons:

In der Rezeption erzählt man einem nicht alles, man muss dann nochmals hingehen und nachfragen. Bei uns war ein Herr da, der ist beim Reden schon eingeschlafen, weiteres Personal hat sich im hinteren Bereich im Büro unterhalten und kam nicht heraus. Das Tempo ist eher der italienischen Art zu verdanken, kostet aber Zeit im Urlaub. Frühstückskaffee: man musste warten bis der etwas ältere und sichtlich bereits überforderte Kellner Zeit hatte einen zu fragen. Kaffee Selbstbedienung wäre hier besser. Kleines Zimmer hatten wir gebucht und war ausreichend. Trotzdem für diese Größe etwas zu teuer, aber dass ist jedem seine eigene Entscheidung. Mir war die Nähe zur Altstadt sehr wichtig. Hotelparkplatz kommt noch zusätzlich zur Rechnung hinzu. Könnte man vorab noch vermerken.
