Cool location but don’t plan on getting much sleep given the walls are paper thin.

Great location, cool looking building

Cons:

The walls are super thin - around 4am I was woken up by the sounds of loud girls talking and random banging on the walls that was very loud and annoying. Also the parking situation is a bit unorganized and the front desk lady was slightly rude. In addition, they put a very large charge on your card for damages - it says $200 on the site but it ended up being closer to $300.

Management couldn’t care less about anything. Room was clean. Common areas filthy. Maybe shampoo carpets. Mosquitos. AC basically broken

la posizione e il parcheggio vicino alla struttura, molto più bello della camera. Cucina in condivisione.

Cons:

Purtroppo l’esperienza non è stata positiva. Appena entrati nella struttura si avvertiva un forte odore di cane bagnato. La struttura appariva piuttosto fatiscente e alcune finestre non si chiudevano correttamente, dando direttamente accesso ai vicoli esterni.

La receptionist ci ha assicurato che la zona fosse sicura, tuttavia, considerando le condizioni della struttura e l’accesso diretto verso l’esterno, abbiamo fatto fatica a sentirci davvero tranquilli e al sicuro durante il soggiorno. Il parcheggio 12$ al giorno con possibilità di lasciare la macchina post check out molto vicino alla struttura e molto bello. la posizione ottima.

Small but comfortable value
Pros:

The room was very functional and the bed was very comfortable. The staff completely outshined the rooms and were very very helpful!

Cons:

Beverly Hills, traffic, Drive in there, and parking. Otherwise everything was quite well

An ideal location for exploring Beverly Hills.
Pros:

The hotel's location was excellent, which more than made up for any shortcomings of the accommodation. The hotel staff, with one exception, were friendly and helpful. Paid parking was available in a nearby parking garage.

Cons:

The room furnishings are old and sometimes inadequate.
Be careful when using the rear entrance, as triggering the alarm may result in a fine.
However, I do appreciate that after I sent an email explaining the situation, the hotel refunded the charge.
Our room didn't have a private bathroom, but we were able to use a shared bathroom in the hallway, which wasn't a problem for a few nights. If you're willing to pay more, rooms with a private bathroom are also available.
