Le calme !! J'ai pu dormir la fenêtre entrouverte (côté cour) sans être réveillée. La partie salle de bain est impeccable, bonne douche chaude très fonctionnelle , matelas de bonne qualité

Lovely little hotel close to a major metro station. Not luxurious but well kept, pristine and impecable staff. Will definitely recommend

Tutto perfetto! Ambiente comfortevole, stanze piccole ma pulitissime e dotate di tutto il necessario! A noi è capitata una stanza al quinto piano con vista sui tetti cosa che avevo richiesto e sono stata accontentata! Pulizia giornaliera top. Lo staff super preparato e disponibilissimo , soprattutto il ragazzo della reception (biondo non ricordo il nome) con cui abbiamo chiacchierato piacevolmente prima di lasciare l hotel! Metro vicinissima alla linea 1,2,4,9! Deposito bagagli gratuito. Che dire ci ritornerei assolutamente.

Specifically wanted to be away from the extremely crowded tourist areas and wanted to remember the old Paris we knew 40 years ago. This hotel is a French hotel -what a French hotel should be - the room was big by Paris hotel standards we have experienced before, the location is great - near but far enough away and the neighbourhood is local...we loved it. Being able to use the buses to skirt the busy centre and not having to use the metro - is a godsend to us....and you see so much more!!! Coming back from the madness of the tourist centre on a bus of manly locals and settling into any local bistrot was a calming blessing.

The property was incredibly clean and the welcome friendly. The room was very quiet even between neighbouring rooms and everything provided by the hotel was great.

Hotel Prince Eugene is incredible.
My room was so quiet.
I got a 6th floor room -- the top floor -- despite a discount booking.
It is a typical Hausmann building with garret style apartment with gabled wall and tilt out window.
The views over the Pairs rooftops were dreamlike.
The bed was large and comfy.
There is a small elevator.
The bathroom was large, modern and the shower had endless warm water.
There were nightstands on each side with plugs for my white noise machine and charging phone.
A small desk with coffee maker was space enough for morning pastries and a final day lunch in my room.
The front desk staff spoke excellent English and was very helpful and professional.
The location is perfect. 5 minute walk from Nation station that takes you everywhere in Paris via Metro and RER trains.
A little more than 5 minute walk to Charonne area that is packed with Michelin starred and local restaurants plus plenty of bars and quaint cafes.
The neighborhood is safe, quiet and filled with local. You will feel like a Parisian.
Saime Voltaire Boulangerie, Au petit Panisse, and Boucherie John Gillot were excellent local foodie places very close to the hotel.
I can't wait to return. It feels like staying with family.
The room is not huge, but it is perfect.
I walked to sites and attractions in the 3rd, 4th, 9th, 8th and 10th arrondissements.
Marche Aligre is a short walk away and my all-time favorite Marché Bastille (aka Marché Richard-Lenoir) is a spirited 30 minute walk away through the authentic Faubourg St. Antoine.
The value is incredible. I stayed for less that $150 fully loaded with tax, etc.
This is THE place to rest in Paris.
There is a shutter and blackout drapes, but the view was so beautiful, I kept the shades open and fell asleep to clouds passing over moonlight in Paris!
