According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarized copies of their IDs.
Please note that each apartment can accommodate only one small size pet with maximum weight of 10 kg at a daily surcharge. Guests are required to present a valid vaccination card of the animal upon check in. Kindly note that the animals cannot stay unaccompanied. The hotel is fantastic and cosy
A localização, o conforto e o restaurante são o ponto forte do hotel.
Precisa de uma modernização, o quarto apesar de espaçoso e com uma cama confortável é antigo, principalmente o banheiro.

Café da manhã bem variado, comida do restaurante excelente, a adega de vinhos é incrível e o Romeu foi incrível.
O estacionamento do hotel é pago e eu achei um valor um tanto quanto alto, ja que o valor da diária não é das mais baratas. A comida do jantar apesar de ser boa tem um valor bem alto também .
Minha mãe passou por uma situação bem ruim na frente do hotel, um morador de rua parou em uma árvore em frente ao hotel onde minha mãe estava e o homem simplesmente baixou as calças para mijar, acho que se tivesse algum segurança do hotel na frente isso não teria acontecido. Agora falando sobre cidade, no geral está BEM SUJA e cheia de moradores de rua, da bastante insegura em andar pelas ruas.
O café da manhã foi muito bom. Com queijo da Canastra, variedade de frutas e pães. A equipe repunha os itens antes deles acabarem.
Na recepção havia a disponibilidade de café expresso gratuito e também uma degustação gratuita de queijo da Canastra. Havia também água aromatizada e chá com pêssego para uso à vontade. Apenas no último dia a máquina de café expresso apresentou problema e não tivemos essa facilidade. A recepcionista Leonice teve sempre um desempenho excepcional. Os demais recepcionistas foram apenas regulares, embora nos tratassem com cortesia.
Na região próxima ao hotel (somente no domingo), havia muitos mendigos e sem-tetos, o que causava alguma insegurança para andar nas proximidades, principalmente à noite.
O hotel é bem localizado, os colaboradores são atenciosos e gentis, o quarto é extremamente confortável e limpo. Super recomendo!
