Le personnel est très gentil et aux petits soins. Merci beaucoup à la femme de ménage du 3ème étage. 😉 Et merci à Kenza de nous avoir bien accompagner et qui à permis à ma famille d'être proche nous dans une super chambre.

Cons:

L'eau de la piscine jaunissait tous nos vêtements blancs et bleus ciel.les serviettes également. Et le petit déjeuner pas assez de jus frais de fruits manque de propreté sur les tables.

Un immense merci à Mme Khadija et à Mme Nejwa, l'assistante Booking, pour leur accueil exceptionnel, leur gentillesse et leur disponibilité. Je suis malheureusement tombée malade pendant une semaine, mais elles ont été d'une aide précieuse. Elles ont pris soin de moi comme si j'étais de leur famille et m'ont même préparé des remèdes traditionnels marocains pour m'aider à me sentir mieux.
Je me suis sentie comme à la maison. L'hébergement était impeccable, très propre, confortable et parfaitement entretenu. Tout était vraiment nickel. Merci infiniment pour votre bienveillance et votre humanité. Je recommande cet établissement les yeux fermés.

The hotel is lovely, the pool refreshing, breakfast had plenty of choice.

Cons:

The hotel is a long way from the city and only way to get there is by Taxi - The floors and tiles particularly going to Breakfast and heading to and from the Pool are extremely slippery - in fact they are dangerous. You needed to be particularly careful.
Having to hire a towel from the pool was annoying as they demanded Cash - 200 MAD.

Vraiment l'horreur!

Nous y avons séjourné 4 nuits.
Pas d'écoulement dans les toilettes donc nous avons utilisé tout le séjour ceux de la réception, clim en panne 2 nuits s/4, serviettes enlevées tous les jours mais pas de serviettes propres sauf sur demande, cartes démagnétisées tous les jours voir 2 fois par jour et le pompon: on est venu me chercher au bord de la piscine pour me dire qu'il me remboursait le règlement du late check out mais machine CB en panne (alors que pour m'encaisser le matin ca marchait très bien !) donc il devait voir avec la banque et un remboursement sous 3 jours..... 3 semaines après toujours rien ! Tout cela avec une antipathie phénoménale.
