Cons:

L'accueille nul, bagagiste occupé, la chambre réserver pour un lit de couple ont à trouver un couple de deux lits d'une personne joignent par un couvre-lit !!

Pros:

My 2nd time at this place after 10 years, it hasnt changed much.
The reception team was very welcoming. Breakfast was great,both swimming pools were clean.
The entertainment was good by the paradisio pool during afternoon. Rooms were clean and thanks to Khadouj for checking on us and dropping off tea tray and nuts. See you again soon .

Chambre spacieuse personnel agréable hôtel grand l'emplacement est top le parking les piscines le prix très intéressant

De grands cafards un dans la salle de bain un dans les couloirs toiles d'araignée dans la chambre matelas trop utilisés un lit qui boite et poussière

Dårlig rengjort. Litt mye forventninger til tips. Frukt på døra når jeg har lagt meg kl 23.00 kom på døra kl 00.00 for å lage dessert på døra etter det.

Fue una experiencia muy mala. La primera noche nos dieron una habitación sucia e incómoda. Habíamos reservado una habitación con una cama doble para dos personas, pero nos dieron dos camas separadas, lo que hizo que pasáramos una mala noche y tuviéramos dificultades para dormir.
Tuvimos que esperar todo un día para que nos cambiaran a otra habitación. Además, hemos pedido una pizza para el almuerzo y encontramos un pelo dentro de ella.
Sin embargo, lo que más me molestó fue el trato recibido al hacer el check-out. Nuestro vuelo salía por la noche y queríamos permanecer sentados dentro del hotel mientras esperábamos, pero nos echaron alegando que ya no teníamos una habitación reservada. Nos trataron de una manera muy desagradable y poco profesional.

Super séjour je tiens à remercier Najwa la chargée clientèle booking très professionnel et à l’écoute.
