Wir würden wieder hier übernachten
Pros:

Mitarbeiter der Rezeption sind alle sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war sauber und sehr schön eingerichtet. Wir hatten lediglich eine Übernachtung, da wir einen Termin in Tunis hatten.

On the positive side, the hotel was clean, and its location was perfect for my needs. The staff were also amazing—friendly, helpful, and very cooperative.

Cons:

The corridors and lobby weren’t air-conditioned, which was quite uncomfortable, especially during the current heatwave. The card payment (Visa) machine wasn’t working, so I had to pay in cash. I was also disappointed to find that the old swimming pool had been closed, and the hotel is currently constructing a new one.

The reception treatment does not take into account the customer's age and comfort.
Pros:

The customer arrives exhausted from his travels. He is forced to pay immediately and goes out in the sweltering heat to change the money and make the payment. The strangest treatment I have ever seen.
