Paghi solo la location... niente altro.
Pros:

solo la location. La location e centrale per muoversi tra Portofino e Santa Margherita.

Cons:

È una struttura per cui, onestamente, si paga soprattutto la location. Lo spazio sulla spiaggia tra i lettini è davvero minimo, si è praticamente uno addosso all’altro, anche se purtroppo a Paraggi questo aspetto in parte lo si mette in conto.
La nota più negativa, però, è stata la poca disponibilità dello staff: ogni volta che chiedevamo supporto o aiuto su qualcosa, l’atteggiamento era poco collaborativo e spesso poco cortese. Anche se non tutti, perché il ragazzo straniero dell’ultimo giorno è stato gentile e disponibile, ma la ragazza che ci ha accolti all’arrivo è stata davvero pessima e ha dato subito una brutta impressione.
Nel complesso, servizio dello staff deludente: si paga SOLO la posizione, ma certamente non l’accoglienza né l’attenzione al cliente. la colazione ci è sembrata piuttosto scarsa e poco curata, non all’altezza del prezzo e del tipo di struttura. Inoltre, la sala colazione era molto calda.

Amazing location, service a lot left to be desired.
Pros:

Amazing location, and beach was beautiful. Breakfast decent. Good shuttle service into portofino.

Cons:

Some of the staff were great but I would say in general they were not good enough - felt like we were doing them a favour, and everything was difficult. Like I said some staff were amazing but the overall vibe was a bit off. Did you enjoy your stay? None of that - just slapped with a bill and then left. Yes amazing location but not worth the money in my book. Service needs to be improved and then can be a top hotel.

Tekrar gitmek istiyorum. En kısa zamanda tekrar gitmeyi planlıyorum

Bir otelden beklenebilecek her şeye sahipti. Odalar temiz rahat personel profesyonel ve nazik. Kahvaltı harika otelin konumu çok güzeldi. Çok güzel bir sahili vardı. Plaj çok rahat ve yeteri kadar şezlonga sahipti.

Cons:

Odamız çok güzeldi ancak denize bakan odalar bir dahaki seyahatinde tercih nedeni olacak. Bir diğer sıkıntıda çok güzel bir banyosu ve duşu olmasına karşın düşün giderin çok yavaş akması nedeniyle duş almak biraz sıkıntılıydı.

Posizione eccellente, servizi non all'altezza del prezzo
Pros:

La posizione è sicuramente il punto di forza della struttura, praticamente sul mare.
Tuttavia, per una suite pagata circa € 2.500 per una notte, ci aspettavamo un livello di servizio superiore. Abbiamo richiesto la colazione in camera, anche sulla base delle immagini presenti nell'annuncio, ma quanto servito era piuttosto diverso da quanto mostrato nelle foto e lo staff sembrava quasi stupito dalla richiesta!

Inoltre, il parcheggio riservato agli ospiti dell'hotel è risultato a pagamento (circa € 35).
Per una tariffa di questo livello, riteniamo che servizi come il parcheggio dovrebbero essere inclusi o, quantomeno, comunicati con maggiore trasparenza. Nel complesso, una bella struttura, ma con un rapporto qualità-prezzo che non ha soddisfatto le nostre aspettative.

Bellissimo soggiorno , ci siamo sentiti coccolati e viziati dal direttore Ermis e da tutto il personale , camera bella e spaziosa , colazione e ristorante con una vista meravigliosa sulla spiaggia di Paraggi consigliamo di assaggiare l’ottimo Sushi , sicuramente torneremo , continuate cosi complimenti a tutti ! Extremely happy with the overall experience, would 100% recommend.
Pros:

The location was the number one reason why we chose this hotel. Service was excellent especially Noemi, Alessandro and Bilal at the restaurant and Alessia at the reception. They really made us feel at home.

Cons:

The room was a little noisy especially in the morning when people started to move around and the housekeepers were taking their rounds. We had a couple of problems with our AC but the reception immediately took action to accommodate us.

I was glad that the transfer was at the hotel. My boyfriend was proposing to me that day and the hotel ruined the whole picture. However, the beach and the location are good
