Все началось с того,что с первого дня мы вечером не могли попасть в номер, карта просто перестала работать, мы ждали око

Расположение было хорошим, все нужное рядом

Cons:

Чистота оставляет желать лучшего, про лестницы и отсутствие лифта я ожидала, знала, что так будет, поэтому не удивилась, но было тяжело поднимать и спускаться туда сюда . Больше всего не понравилось, когда повесили карточку «не беспокоить», в по возвращению в номер, во первых, все равно зашли и убрались, во вторых, забрали почти полную упаковку чипсов, хотя я ее оставила на столе, выбрасывать не планировала

Ein Tag länger wäre zu viel.
Pros:

Zu erwähnen ist das ausgiebige Frühstück, das alle sehr gut als Starter in den Tag empfunden haben. Auch die Lage haben alle als sehr gut bestätigt. Die Bewohner des Zimmers im 4. Stock waren bis auf die nicht ungefährliche Treppe zufrieden. Der Balkon hat ihnen gefallen. Von den Kellerbewohnern mit Aufzahlung habe ich keine gute Rückmeldung bekommen.

Cons:

Es ist mir bei der Bestellung entgangen, dass es für die Zimmer im 4. Stock und im Haus überhaupt keinen Aufzug gibt. Die Treppen waren auch nicht ganz ungefährlich. Da wir unsere Geburtsdaten angegeben haben, müsste es auch der Rezeption aufgefallen sein, dass dies nicht ein passendes Quartier für unsere Jahrgänge ist. Aber Okay, ich habe es übersehen. Da mein Mann eine OP hatte, musste ich mich auf die Aussagen meiner Freunde verlassen. Ein Paar hat gegen Aufzahlung im Keller dann ein Quartier bekommen mit Kellerblick auf den Gehsteig. Also bitte dieses Hotel nur für Junge anbieten, die auch gerne bereit sind zu sechst das Badezimmer und die Toilette zu teilen. Danke, dass das Gepäck vom Personal in die Zimmer 4. Stock gebracht wurde.
Tipp: Aufzug würde die Qualität des Hotels steigern. Auch müsste nicht nur kleingedruckt stehen, dass es keinen Aufzug gibt. Welcher Reisende kommt schon auf den Gedanken, dass es für ein Zimmer im 3.,4. Stock keinen Aufzug gibt.

I only stayed one night and glad it wasn’t anymore. Dirty rooms with a leaking roof.
Pros:

The property was easy to find, and had someone available 24/7 at the front desk.

Cons:

The room I first checked into had a crack in the ceiling and was heavily leaking water into the centre of the room. The next room they checked me into I first thought was fine, but when I went into the bathroom there was still feces in the toilet and urine on the floor. I spoke to the person at the front desk again to ask if someone would clean it. No one came and I ended up having to do it myself. Just in general this place is super dirty, both rooms I saw were really dusty and yeah the bathrooms were just nasty.

We recently stayed at Hotel Washington for four nights during our trip to Amsterdam, and we had a wonderful experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our entire stay, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived.Our room was serviced every single day, keeping it clean and comfortable. A huge highlight was the breakfast served every morning—everything was fresh, and we loved that it was unlimited.The location in the Museum Quarter is absolutely perfect. We didn't need to take any trams or trains because we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. I would highly recommend Hotel Washington to anyone travelling to Amsterdam!

Personnel très agréable et serviable. Chambre spacieuse et agréable. Petit déjeuner bon et diversifié. Calme. Emplacement parfait à 5 minutes à pied des musées et très bien desservi en tram

Escalier très raide, moquette usée dans les circulations et dans la chambre. Carrelage abîmé et rideau taché dans la salle de bain
