Central and safe with some operational issues
Pros:

Nice location, close to centre and train station. It seemed to be a safe area. Nice shower. Breakfast is very sufficient, staff at breakfast so kind and helpful.

Cons:

No ramp on entering - we were travelling with a 1 year old and found it physically difficult with suitcases and strollers; no baby seat available in dining area; can hear neighbours peeing and snoring; AC not working - and can’t open window due to mosquitoes; phone not working in room; plastic card key not working; all reported to reception (we were given a standard key, which was great). A member of staff did control the AC from reception one night and then it was off again and the heating coming on at 25c (not all guests are from Italy, this was too hot and we had a very irritable baby who was overheating and we had to leave our bedroom door open).

prima notte ok per camera pulizia ecc.. seconda notte male. camera assegnata a piano terra destinata alle persone disabili. water scomodissimo, doccia sporca, camera insufficiente alle aspettative

Mi sono trovato benissimo, è un posto che terrò presente per i prossimi viaggi.
Pros:

Personale gentilissimo, colazione con molta scelta. Zona tranquilla. Viene offerta una bottiglietta d'acqua per la notte. Molto comoda. Bagno pulitissimo e il letto molto comodo.

Cheap and clean, walking distance to railway station and centre
Pros:

Room was large and clean with 1 queen and 1 single bed

Cons:

No drawers for storage, no way to contact reception apart from going down in person from the 5th floor.
WiFi code not displayed in room, had to go back to reception desk.
No kettle in room
Hairdryer was attached to bathroom wall but cut out after 1 minute and had to wait 5 minutes for it to cool down before it would switch back on.
Breakfast was underwhelming, cake, toast, yoghurt, fruit salad, but this appear to be usual in Italy, and was cheap at €8 pp

Pros:

Lo utilizamos tanto a la ida como a la vuelta de nuestro road trip. Facil parking, supermercados cerca y hotel muy limpio.
