Comfortable and enjoyable stay. Close to the waterfront, eyesight and Salamanca Square. Recommended for short days.
Pros:

The apartment was warm, and the apartments are close to everything. Good value for money.

Cons:

The shower had a slight leak, and the bed was very soft.

The lift was a bit scary at times with the doors jolting and the cleaning staff missed tipping up coffee pods and left the area a bit untidy

Good communication, great location and comfortable room
Pros:

Before I came, I got informed the lift wasn't working and I got given the option to get my money back, stay in another unit nearby or stay at the waterfront hotel. Communication was very good and I was lucky the lift was fixed by the time I got there. The place is a bit dated, but clean and the location is very convenient.

Cons:

The lift was very noisy, which concerned me because I knew it had recently been fixed.

Location is tops and rooms are suitable if you are busy discovering Hobart and just need a comfy bed
Pros:

Great location. Good value for money. Rooms are simple and could do with a deep clean but so close to everything that they are fine. If you’re looking for luxury this may not be your place but for location you can’t beat it.

Bathroom needed a good clean, grout needed scrubbing

Convenient and comfortable.
Pros:

Such a convenient location, you can’t really beat it. The rooms are so quiet, even though it’s a busy area you can’t hear anything nice inside which is a major plus.

Cons:

No drinking water bottles provided, did find a dispenser in the lobby. The extraction fan in bathroom isn’t adequate for a room with four people staying and needing to use facilities. Parking was an issue as all available was full, had a lot of extra stress moving my car around that I could have done without. No EV charging facility available.
