Perfect location, nice and clean, good value for money

At this the time the lift was not working it the staff if needed were able to carry our bags

Really enjoyed it, will go again.
Pros:

The rooms were really clean and well maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was exceptional, it was so close to the Hobart waterfront and Salamanca.

Cons:

We really wanted to be able to open a window but they don't open.

The property was in the most fabulous position. Right in the city. It’s an older building but the rooms were very clean and spacious. Staff were very accommodating holding my luggage on my departure day until I needed to go to the airport. I would definitely stay here again.

Overall good value & young Lily on reception was especially pleasant with good will.
Pros:

Location, comfortable beds.

Cons:

Shower head in bath tub - difficult manoeuvring with knee injury or for children & elders. No lift or promise it will be fixed…with no price adjustments accordingly. Dangerous exit to street - staircase with no handrail.
