Коасивое атмосферное место.
Pros:

Несомненно атмосфера и антураж отеля положительно повлияли на наше ощущение от пребывание в Янине. Восточная роскошь в современном греческом прочтении. При заселении нам улучшили категорию номера. Понравился просторный номер с балконом и видом на озеро. Удобные кровати. Просторная ванная комната. Все заявленные удобства данной категории отеля присутствовали. Персонал вежливый и приветливый. Завтраки отличные.

Cons:

Отель не новый, но не хочется придираться к мелочам. Нам было уютно и красиво.

Η διαμονή μας ήταν εξαιρετική από κάθε άποψη. Το πρωινό ήταν πραγματικά πλούσιο, με μεγάλη ποικιλία και προϊόντα άριστης ποιότητας που ανανεώνονταν συνεχώς. Το προσωπικό ήταν ιδιαίτερα ευγενικό, φιλικό και πάντα πρόθυμο να εξυπηρετήσει με χαμόγελο. Το δωμάτιο και όλοι οι κοινόχρηστοι χώροι ήταν πεντακάθαροι, άνετοι και πολύ προσεγμένοι, δημιουργώντας μια ευχάριστη και χαλαρωτική ατμόσφαιρα.

Ειλικρινά, δεν υπήρξε κανένα στοιχείο που να μας απογοήτευσε ή να επηρέασε αρνητικά τη διαμονή μας. Από την άφιξη έως την αναχώρησή μας, όλα λειτούργησαν άψογα, με εξαιρετική οργάνωση, υψηλό επίπεδο καθαριότητας και άμεση, ευγενική εξυπηρέτηση από το προσωπικό. Είναι σπάνιο να συναντά κανείς ένα κατάλυμα που να ανταποκρίνεται πλήρως στις προσδοκίες του, όμως στη συγκεκριμένη περίπτωση η συνολική εμπειρία ήταν πραγματικά υποδειγματική.

The hotel offers spacious rooms with two balconies and overall provides a pleasant stay. However, there were several aspects that did not meet the expectations of a 5-star property.

One of the main disappointments was that both the indoor and outdoor pools were unavailable during our stay, despite being advertised as available on the hotel's official website. This significantly affected our experience, as these facilities were among the reasons we chose the hotel.

The room itself was comfortable and generously sized, but the bathroom lacked the amenities typically expected from a 5-star hotel. There were very few towels provided for a couple, and essentials such as bathrobes and slippers were not available. These details may seem minor, but they contribute greatly to the overall guest experience and level of comfort.

While the property has potential and some positive features, greater attention to facilities availability and guest amenities would be needed to fully justify its 5-star rating.

A comfortable hotel near enough to the centre
Pros:

Comfortable bed and larger than average room with a useful balcony We liked to use the pool in the afternoons. Breakfast was excellent. Parking useful. An easy 20 min walk to the lake.
