Excelente opción en Nápoles.
Pros:

Hotel en Via Chiaia al lado de la estación de metro. La ubicación es excelente para poder recorrer la ciudad: el barrio español está al lado y la parte del centro a unos 20 minutos caminando. La calle es peatonal pero sin ruido por la noche por lo que el descanso está bien.
La habitation tenía un balcón a la calle estupendo. La cama cómoda y la habitación muy limpia. Disponía de una cocina aunque no hice uso de ella. Personal de recepción muy amable y dispuestos a ayudar en todo momento.

Cons:

El cuarto de baño estaba anticuado y la ducha pequeña (aunque esto no es un problema). Los enchufes funcionaban pero ponerlos en funcionamiento no es un asunto trivial.

Nice small quiet hotel
Pros:

The location was good, in the older part of the city and quite close to the sea and the area felt safe. However, the train station was far away (about 40 minutes on foot). If you plan to visit Pompeii by train, you should consider this.

My room had a street view (pedestrian street mainly) and I really liked it, the noise didn't bother me at all.

The reception was only open until 10:30 PM, after that you couldn't check in. But once you were checked in, you were given a card that opened both the front door and your room, and the card system worked very well, I had no problems with it.

My room was quite small, but clean and cozy enough for me.

The staff was pleasant, friendly, but not too intrusive.

Cons:

The shower drain was clogged, but the staff said they didn't see a problem. So I could only use very little water when showering, otherwise it would have flooded my room.

The air conditioning didn't work very well, I wasn't sure if it worked at all.

They only give you one tiny shampoo and a tiny bar of soap, and when it runs out, you have to ask for more yourself.

They don't have "do not disturb" signs.
