Hotel Doro City

Our stay at Hotel Doro City Tirana was truly exceptional, and what made it so memorable was the incredible hospitality of the staff.

A special thank you to Daniel at the reception, who went above and beyond to help us. He not only arranged taxi bookings for us but also assisted us with renting a car, making our travel around Albania completely hassle-free. His professionalism, kindness, and willingness to help were greatly appreciated.

We are also extremely grateful to Amina at the reception. Our child hadn't eaten, and we needed access to kitchen facilities to prepare some food. Amina went out of her way to make this possible, showing genuine care and compassion for our family. It was a level of service we rarely experience.

A heartfelt thank you to Hols from the bar team as well. Even though the kitchen had already closed, he personally helped cook the food for our child. We were genuinely touched by his thoughtfulness and willingness to help without hesitation. It meant so much to us as parents.

Every morning, Gonxhe from the restaurant made breakfast a wonderful experience. She was always warm, welcoming, and smiling, and she even arranged personalized food to suit our requirements. Her kindness and attention to detail made us feel truly valued.

The entire team at Hotel Doro City Tirana made us feel like family rather than guests. Their warmth, genuine care, and dedication to providing outstanding service exceeded all our expectations. We can't thank them enough for making our stay so comfortable and memorable.

Room was spacious

מיקום טוב במרחק הליכה ממרכז העיר, הייתה חנייה (בתשלום). החדר מאוד מרווח עם ג'קוזי (אבל לא תיפקד). הייתה מרפסת עם נוף לעיר. ארוחת בוקר לא רעה.

A perfect stay from start to finish. The breakfast is delicious, the mattress is wonderfully comfortable, and everything is spotless. The location makes getting around easy, and the staff are warm, professional, and always ready to help. Even the cleaners are kind and flexible. Truly a lovely experience at Hôtel Doro.

We have stayed in many hotels over the years, but we have never felt as welcomed as we did at Douro Suites. From the moment we arrived, the entire team made us feel truly valued.

The hotel kindly placed us in an excellent room, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast was outstanding, with great quality and variety, and every staff member we met was friendly and professional.

Our experience exceeded all of our expectations, especially thanks to the exceptional service provided by the receptionist, who was incredibly kind, attentive, and always willing to help. We would also like to recognize the breakfast staff, whose warmth and hospitality made every morning special.

Das Personal ist nett uns und sehr hilfsbereit.
Das Zimmer war sauber, das Bett groß und bequem.
Zimmer nach hinten sind recht ruhig, nach vorne eher laut, wegen der Straße.
Das Frühstück ist gut und vielfältig.

Everything was good

The hotel is very clean and our room was very spacious with a big balcony, my kids had enough space to run around and play. The toilet was very spacious with jacuzzi and very clean.
The staff were very lovely and helpful. They provided warm milk for my 18months old baby whenever I requested for it. The receptionist was very kind and really helpful

They had good options for breakfast which was very tasty. The location was very perfect for our family
