Stay was pleasant except for not sleeping well
Pros:

Staff lovely very accommodating.

Cons:

Two of the Mattresses on single beds extremely uncomfortable. Never slept on something so bad before. Could feel the hard metal springs, needs a topper better still replacing in room 9 and 13.

Pros:

Es gab eine Gaststätte nebenan, hier gab es trinken und tolle Plätze drinnen und draußen. Mann kann die Seele baumeln lassen.
Der Service mit der Schlüssel Übergabe war einfach und unkompliziert.

Cons:

Das es leider in der Gaststätte nichts zu essen gab.

Too noisy to sleep until 1am because of inconsiderate people in the adjoining room

Property was good value for money. Staff were helpful

Cons:

Very noisy people in next room. Pub closed at 11.30pm. People thumped about in next room, tv on, talking loudly until almost 1am
There should be a polite note at reception and in rooms asking people to show consideration for others and not have tv and loud conversations after 11.30. Once the pub is closed it’s reasonable to expect to be able to sleep.

Poor quality bed, small claustrophobic room which was very hot and paper thin walls which meant it was very noisy.

Bathroom was stupid. Water was not going out. Was not drainjng well. Shower was not good.. kettle was very bad. There was no ventilation in the room.towels were not cleaned.

Great place to visit and stay
Pros:

Great food , Excellent value for money for an overnight stay. Nice friendly atmosphere. Staff were great and very helpful. Ideal location for a stay near to Luton airport. Would definitely recommend and will highly likely be returning for another stay in the near future.
