Pros:

Nice and close to shops and restaurants

Cons:

Being a smoker, It would have been good to have a designated smoking area, maybe over in the corner on pool level.

Pros:

这是我们此行住的最大的一间公寓，因为航班到的比较晚，老板提前与我们进行了沟通，详细告知取钥匙的方式。公寓的位置不错，离大型超市很近，去市区和码头都是步行可达的距离。公寓里设施齐全，居住舒适。对于去凯恩斯的游客来说是一个不错的选择。

Great people, great apartment, great holiday, thanks so much
Pros:

Location was great we walked into the city and to the park etc.
Staff were amazingly helpful, pleasant and went out of their way to help us and provide local information. If we asked for anything it was provided in spades. The apartment met our needs perfectly. They are older apartments but well maintained.

I would definitely stay here again. Comfortable for our family with 4 teenage children.
Pros:

Excellent location close to the shopping centre.
The spacious apartment was great.
The living area had plenty of room for us all.
We felt very secure there.
Wifi was great and kept up with all our devices.

Cons:

The bedding was configured so the master did not have the ensuite.
A little extra cutlery could be included as we had just enough for a family meal, had to wash at each meal.
Construction next door was very loud (but this is out of control of the property) which made the patio use limited.

great location and spacious room, room a little tired.
Pros:

the room and location are great, easy walk into the city and to the piers for marine excursions.
Nice pool with spa function.

Cons:

the room is a little tired in places and needs some minor maintenance.
a little grubby in places but not the obvious to clean ones such as behind blinds and in corners etc. we did expect a front of building apartment with a view of the city and frontage but were given a rear one with a view of the police station and a wall.
