Morgenmaden var trist . Vi spiste 30 minutter før lukketid og hovedparten af tiden var præget af vi skulle se at komme ud af restauranten. De rydde af / udbuddet af mad var præget af restemåltid . Det bør oplyses på forhånd. Det i var meget lidt befordrende for en hyggelig morgenmad.

No ironing board. No closet. No table space.
Nice clean room, friendly staff, lots of on site hotel amenities, excellent proximity to the Blue Lagoon, rental car return and airport.

Location was ok, rooms and lobby are newly renovated. The room had a lot of space.
Room renovations seem like they were cheaply done. Paint splatter on furniture, missed spots on the wall around the decorative paneling. Shower faucet was poorly patched. Water from the shower got everywhere since the shower is not fully enclosed. Wire management cover was missing for the tv. The tv itself seems to be about 10 years old. Paint was peeling around the windows. And we had the fire alarm go off twice as false alarms, once at like 8am and another at 22:30. The beds were also hard springs that were both way too bouncy and way too firm.
La habitación es muy cómoda y grande. Es perfecto para iniciar o terminar la estancia en Islandia. También la cena fue deliciosa y el personal del restaurante muy amable.
Location and renovated rooms were the only true stars of this hotel. The two ladies on Breakfast staff were friendly as well
The bathroom is dark, the pillows were dirty, and thin, no fans in the rooms, too expensive for the amenities, breakfast was ok, but for the price I would have expected more, and the front desk staff were unfriendly both upon check in and check out (we weren’t even spoken to at check out)
Did not have breakfast and the location of the hotel was close to airport but nothing else around, seemed very isolated from anything.
Towel rail hanging off the wall and a member of staff entered our room without knocking.
We were shocked and surprised by this.
Also the lighting was very dull.
No shampoo or conditioner.
There is nothing around the hotel to go too.
Also no tea bags other than green tea and when my husband went down to the lobby for some black tea bags he was told if we wanted anymore we would be charged. Very poor for the price of the room.

Bed: leek wel een trampoline.
Only two pillows. Shower was dangerously no hand holds and very slippery.
