Huge but chilly room, and a shuttle that only runs one way — convenient in theory, frustrating in practice.

Cons:

The room was very large, but cold — both in temperature and in atmosphere.

The shuttle situation makes no sense: it runs from the hotel to the airport, but not the other way round. Yes, the 10-minute distance was mentioned in the listing, but the hotel is in the middle of nowhere, and watching the shuttle drive back empty while guests are left to find their own way is frankly absurd.

Value for money isn't great, and the staff were polite — but no more than strictly necessary.

A mixed stay: fine if you just need a bed near the airport, disappointing otherwise

Staff and food were lovely. Room was very dark.

The staff and food were really good.

Cons:

The lighting in the room was terrible. It was like being in a cave. The bathroom light was not bright enough to apply make up. The room light was so dark I couldn’t see what was in my bag. This really needs to be fixed.

Das unkomplizierteste Check-in ever, wir kamen spät Nachts an, ich musste nur meinen Pass zeige und wir konnten bereits unsere Zimmer beziehen, die übrigens riesig waren und die Betten super bequem. alles sehr sauber, es gab eine Kaffee Maschine und Teekocher im Zimmer. Man kann auch in der Nacht Getränke und Essen kaufen im Hotel, es gibt eine kleine Kiosk Ecke, tagsüber kann man Frühstücken das haben wir nicht genutzt.
