Fantastic location with spacious rooms but cleanliness needs improving.
Pros:

Fantastic location in Monastir, within walking distance of the beach as well as the historic medina. Beautiful sea views and comfy beds with good air conditioning and spacious bathrooms. Water pressure in the showers is also great. This hotel has the makings of a great boutique hotel, with big rooms and friendly staff.

Cons:

However sadly the hotel is not clean. This should be an easy fix. Currently it is clear the rooms are not cleaned properly as the bath is clogged with hair, the sink is left dirty and hairs are left around the bathroom and on the bedsheets. The lack of cleanliness was distracting overall. If the cleaning improved, this would be a great hotel.

Conquis par l’emplacement , mais très déçu de tout le reste

Uniquement l’emplacement

Cons:

Tout, hôtel vieux , sale , forte odeur de cigarette froide , linge sale et malodorant. Mais vraiment le plus terrible c’est qu’il n’y a ni eau ni boisson au restaurant !
