Pros:

The front office , restuarant and bar staff excellent

Cons:

Its a three star and our room on arrival was a side sea view with the view of the construction site. The lovely receptionist moved us to a front sea room . Which was fab as we contracted the Rhodes virus!! Very comfortable beds and supper easy to get to the beach across the road. Hotel was very clean

Extremely disappointing — the reality is very different from the advert

I honestly feel that the hotel’s advertising is extremely misleading. The photos and description give a very different impression from what you actually experience when you arrive.

The biggest disappointment was the huge building site directly opposite the hotel. The view from the hotel is dominated by construction, and there was constant building noise throughout the day. This is something I absolutely would have expected to be made clear when booking, as it completely changes the experience.

The rooms are also very small, and the swimming pool is tiny. With only around four people in it, it already feels overcrowded. For what we paid, I expected considerably more.

Breakfast was another major disappointment. It was extremely basic, the coffee was awful, and instead of proper fruit juice, there was squash. This simply did not feel like the standard I would expect for the price.

We paid almost €800 for just four nights, which is ridiculous considering the overall conditions and what the hotel actually offers.

Unfortunately, the worst part of our stay was that we became extremely unwell with what appeared to be food poisoning, lasting around 48 hours, including diarrhoea and fever. When we asked the hotel for a doctor, we were told that it would cost €150 just for the doctor to come and “look at us” and that the doctor could not provide medication or IV fluids. We were instead told that, if we needed treatment, we would have to go to a public hospital or private clinic ourselves.

Being seriously unwell while away from home is stressful enough without feeling that there is no practical medical support available through the hotel.

Overall, this hotel was nowhere near the experience we expected for the price we paid.

Pros:

Gayet temizdi. Çalışanlar gayet yardımcı ve saygılılardı. Özellikle resepsiyondaki Mary hanım çok yardımcı oldu. Üst kat ve sessiz oda rica etmiştim ayarlamışlar.

HARİKA VE ÇOK KEYİFLİ
Pros:

Otelin bulunduğu yer çok güzel, personeli gayet özverili ve çok yardımseverler. Kahvaltısı güzeldi. Temizliği yapan personel çok başarılı ve harika temizlik yapıyorlar. Ayrıca çok neşeli ve insanlara karşı tavırları çok hoş ve sevimli. Çok Teşekkür ederiz.

Cons:

Otelin otoparkının olmaması büyük eksiklik. Bu eksikliğin giderilmesi otele avantaj sağlayacaktır.
