The cleaning staff were very pleasant and did a great job.
The rooms are very small, we paid for a tripple. In essence, this is a twin with a camp bed in the hall. There is significant building work going on opposite the hotel and this woke us up very early every day. The pool is tiny and cold. Often at breakfast there was no clean cuttlery.

La gentilezza e cortesia dello staff, sempre molto disponibile, soprattutto le cameriere ai piani.
La posizione eccellente, proprio di fronte al mare e abbastanza vicino alla città medievale e zona commerciale.
In conclusione: Nonostante la vista e la cortesia del personale, la struttura presenta troppe carenze organizzative e strutturali. Non ci ritornerei.
La Camera e la Logistica
Spazi estremamente ridotti: La camera è minuscola e assolutamente non adatta per due persone. Lo spazio per muoversi o camminare è praticamente inesistente.
Prese elettriche e comfort: In bagno non c'è neanche una presa elettrica. Per caricare i telefoni siamo stati costretti ogni volta a spostare il comodino e staccare l'abat-jour per accedere all'unica spina nascosta dietro di esso.
🍽️ Ristorazione e Mezza Pensione (Da evitare assolutamente)
Intossicazione/Malessere: Consigliamo vivamente di evitare la mezza pensione: siamo stati male per ben due giorni dopo i pasti.
Ubicazione: Il ristorante non si trova all'interno della struttura, ma bisogna spostarsi dentro un altro hotel.
Servizio Colazione: La colazione è quasi esclusivamente salata; la scelta dolce si limita a una tortina al cioccolato e briochine minuscole. Inoltre, attese infinite: per avere un cappuccino ho dovuto attendere un'ora perché alle 8:15 (in pieno orario di servizio) stavano pulendo la macchina del caffè. Avendo lavorato nel settore della ristorazione, so bene che queste operazioni si eseguono prima o dopo il servizio, mai nel mezzo.
🎁 La "Sorpresa" Finale
La vera genialata è stata la richiesta al check-out: ci hanno chiesto esplicitamente di lasciare una recensione a 5 stelle in cambio di un regalo (una candela e un ventaglio). Un metodo poco trasparente per gonfiarsi il punteggio.
A very pleasant hotel in a great location, right by the sea. The breakfast buffet offers a good variety of options, and sun loungers are available on the hotel’s private beach.
The hotel is also conveniently located, about 15 minutes from the port and 20 minutes from the Old Town. The staff were welcoming, friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
Overall, a lovely place to stay for a relaxing holiday in Rhodes, with a great location and easy access to the sea and the city.
The only downsides were that the room’s decor felt a little dated, and a full-length mirror would have been a useful addition

We had quite high expectations for Mitsis La Vita, especially considering its very good average rating on Booking.com. Unfortunately, our experience (2 weeks) did not fully live up to those expectations.
The main disappointment was the cleanliness of the room. It was not particularly clean when we arrived, and throughout our stay the daily housekeeping felt rather superficial, with only part of the room being properly cleaned.
Breakfast was also quite basic, with limited choice and quality compared with what we would normally expect from a 4-star hotel.
The staff were generally polite, but the overall atmosphere did not feel particularly welcoming. Even a simple greeting seemed to depend on which member of staff you happened to meet.
Overall, while the hotel has some positive aspects, particularly its location, in terms of cleanliness, breakfast and level of service, we do not feel it meets the standards expected of a 4-star hotel. Considering the high rating on Booking.com, we had expected a noticeably better experience.
We liked everything about this hotel: location, cleanliness, friendly and helpful staff.
The only thing that was a bit disappointing was the olives for breakfast. They were poor quality.
